- Clean room
- Air conditioner works well and the beds were comfortable. Room was also very clean.
- Very close to two 7 Eleven, and a few restaurants and hawker stalls. Quite far to Lee Garden Hotel / Market, but still walkable (took me around 5-6 minutes walking). The hotel also serves breakfast on a pay to eat basis. Okay breakfast.Also very nice and friendly staff.

- Double Bed is so small for 2 people. Bed also not comfortable for sleep..sick body after wake up
- They don't have water heater in the room, also didn't have water cooler (cold / hot water, coway, cuckoo etc) at each floor like some hotel did (if such hotels didn't provide water heater in room). You have to ask the front desk and they'll give you a flask, in which you also have to ask them for hot water and they'll fill it up for you. It is such a hassle to go down and ask them for hot water everytime you run out of hot water.I find this very strange, since the hotel did have a minibar in the room, but didn't provide a water heater

The bed so soft mean it's old ready , it's should be change
Nothing to like at all
Name of hotel was changed to another name but still used the old name in lising. GPS location was incorrect, even for the old name, Bath rooms were poor and dirty

1.iron facilities and no hair dryer when ask receptionist. Need to deposit 200baht to get the iron.2.Housekeeping didn't ask my permission to enter my room when i'm not around.
