The day of arrival, potter, receptionist are perfect, helpful. Especially a sweet reception staff. Help me so much with getting. Thanks to this staff.

Slippers are available which many others don't provide except 5 Stars..A mini fridge is a plus point.

No direct lift up till level 7, inconvenience for those who are carrying a big luggage or a few of the luggages...

The location

The room was really stuffy, especially when the aircond was off. My dad has the flu and he need to switch off the aircond, but the lack of proper air ventilation made the air quality even worse. To make matters worse, there was an additional charge 1100 baht because the room ended up smelling awful after an incident in which my dad had an accident in the bed. The hotel claims the smell is awful & they need to close the room for 2 days, but honestly the odor was already noticeable before any incident occured. Charging extra for a room that was in such dismal condition from the start is simply unacceptable.

Very good location. Come with free coffee and toast bread plus some cookies for breakfast.

the water pressure not so good and the parking space a bit small

The room cleaners were the only good thing i found in the hotel. they were friendly and helpful. They had done a good job with clean room and toilet.

not worth for the money. the rooms were small and not comfortable at all the bed was hard and the pillows were un comfortable. Many sleepless nights. Front desk guy was rude and un friendly at all.

A very good and pleasant stay as it's a walkable distance to most of the places we intend to go. A great service, friendly staff, clean and comfort??

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile always. It's definitely a good stay here. Near to Lee Gardens, walking distance to kimyong market, ayutthaya, amazon, 3x 7E is nearby..a great place overall ?? Breakfast free flow coffee/latte/mocha/chocolate served with toast/biscuits/muffins.

I don't find this a problem, but just so that others are aware, this hotel has 7 floors in total. But lift only until the 6th floor. You will need to climb 1 flight stairs to the 7th floor.

Everything. Staff very friendly, room got Malaysia socket, near to Hatyai attractions and comfortable for family.

Location is good. Near to Lee Garden Market. The staff very helpful and friendly.

When we enter the room, I think the window was not properly closed. And because of that, my room had mosquito.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel (used to stay at other properties in Hat Yai before). Choose this hotel because of the great location, very near to Lee Garden, Night Market, 7E, halal food stall & ample parking space in the 1 level basement (can fit at least 20 touring bike + few cars). The room & toilet also very clean. Inside room have small table with 2 chair, tv, mini fridge, kettle & 2 drinking water. The bed & pillow also very comfy. Definitely this hotel will always be my 1st choice when coming to Hat Yai.

Didn’t like when I got a room on the 7th floor haha! On my 1st time staying here, I got a room on the 7th floor. What I don’t know is that the elevator only reached until the 6th floor & then I need to take the stairs from 6th floor to get to the 7th floor (while carrying our stuff, heavy riding suit & a muscle soreness after a long hours of riding ?). So on my recent stay, I got a room on the 7th floor too but then the frontdesk staff managed to find 4 rooms for me & my friends at the lower level. Thank you!

2nd time staying in this place, Clean, confortable place with good value for money

Convenient location, comfortable & clean bed. Room temperature can be controlled unlike these centralised air-Cond.

The hotel claimed that we took one of their face towel and charged us 300baht. Conclusion- if u did not receive two bath & face towels respectively like our case you must highlight it to the hotel or else we will be labelled as thief, stealing used face towel.

from Room 307 there was a DAMAGE TABLE, HOWEVER MY COUSIN HAS INFORMED THEIR TECHNICIAN THERE WAS DAMAGE AND ITS LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE however we was still CHARGED for the DAMAGED of 2000BAHT. And another bad experience is during payment wise they charged us another additional of SGD 110 from my bank card!!!

1. Breakfast is good, Simple and Taste.2. I love it the Lobby. The Environment is good.3. I love it the Lobby. I like to sit at the lobby till watching outside.4. From the beginning, I choose Sakol Hotel, because its center town I can walk anyway without any transport.

1. Always the room in full booked even booking online.2. Inside the room u have the electric Cattle, u put coffee cups 2 sets but don't have coffee? Why?Normally hotel rooms should provide.3. When Customer request hot water or warm water, ur housekeeping said don't have? Why?You should give to ur customer hot water since old people stayingSo this is the issue Sakol Hotel Management Should consider in future.

provide simple breakfast like hot drinks, breads, biscuits n muffin hotel with lift, total 7 floors, lift till 6th floors. friendly staffs for enquiry, order Tuk Tuk and helping hand with handful of stuffs. one of the best location in town, like 3min walk to Lee Garden, 10-15min walk to Kim Yong market, 20-25min to clock tower, 1-2min to 7-11 (right opposite the hotel), next door n opposite full of Thai massage centre. convenient for food. 1-2min walk to the Suasana bus station that I took.
