Kiss Gardenhome Chic Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at Kiss Gardenhome Chic Hotel. The room was comfortable and came with a Smart TV. The location was convenient, and overall it was a good experience.

It was a big good room, but the loud music from restaurant killed the value fr the money

The loud music from downstairs made me cant sleep whole night, they should fix that particular room with sound proof, whole night shouting karaoke.

The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious

The ground floor a bit dodgy. When we arrived a row of girls sitting around at the pub entrance.

Aircond no cold, need complain few times only change room, staff English no good, a lot facility say at booking website don't no apply

Staff at the front counter - unfriendly (during checking out on 4th August 2024)Room - not worth the money, it is old and the toilet door was not working properly. Elevator- does not smell good.

The location is good, we can easily get the tuk tuk at the front of hotel. Parking available

The toilet door always stuck.. if kids in the toilet better don’t close the door coz their strength is not enuf to open the door. We also can hear people talking outside the room, very noisy. The hotel shud upgrade the AC.

Old hotel, less restaurant options. White checking out was being wrongly charged for broken glass and mineral water.Both weren't by or for me. However when I said no glass was broken nor I had mineral water they didn't charge Just had a Coke so paid for it.

Staff were friendly, quiet during the day

Too too too noisy at night, and the party ends very late. Then you get drunkards shouting at the corridor. And of cos, plenty of call girls are lingering the hotel.

Location great nearby many type of foods and night live enjoyable

Room is big enough n kept clean

The carpets at walkway need some cleaning, the previous guest had smoked in the room and the smell was strong.

Ample parking space for guest, walking distance to Kaitod Decha and easy to get tuk tuk to explore hatyai city, reasonable price nothing much you can complaint

Furniture bit old, there is power outages during my stay few times, and toilet bit darker

staff was not friendly and helpfull. plus noisy at midnight, could heard people talking from corridor and outside hotel. and i don't know before that mineral water in hotel room would be charges. i could understand for other drink but mineral water also they charges it just too much.

Deco/furniture is old/outdated. Not happy that my credit card was photocopied after payment. Next day my credit card has fraud transaction. Coincidence?

The location is convenient yet quiet, no noise pollution at night. Walking distance to town center with all the attraction and shopping malls. Quite a number of famous restaurant are just around the corner make is easy for getting a meal

The place is not far from the center (Lee Garden, Kim Yong Pasar). The reception was good, and the room was clean.

I happened to be assigened a room with weak Wi-Fi signal. I had to go to the corridor to connect to Wi-Fi.
