Location, room design and coffee shop, plenty of space for car parking.

The sound of air conditioner is a bit noisy and room temperature is not stable for the whole night causing a bit discomfort.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable, swimming pool,

Is compulsory to add extra bed if you have more than 2 adults.

The best hotel in Hatyai. Second time staying here and very satisfied. A family room that is spacious, clean, comfortable, tidy, complete and sufficient for six family members. A soft and comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff service is the best, always smiling, honest and friendly. The swimming pool is big and clean. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful, calm and comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Locations that are close to the main focus of tourists such as Central Festival Hatyai, Greenway Night Market, Asean Night Market and other interesting locations. It's easy to get a Tuk Tuk service for anywhere and definitely a unique experience. Also close to places to eat, cafes or restaurants. Will definitely come back again..

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The shower was fantastic with great temprature and waterflow.

I went to this hotel two years ago (end of 2023), back then was fine. But, now, I believe they have upgrade themselves in pool , gym, and the bed too. Everything looks new to me. They have 3 blocks of room, I have taken the back block, it is quite. Their breakfast have so many varieties, you able to skip a meal after having their breakfast. Overall, worth to stay in this hotel.

The room design is eye-catching, simple and stylish. The orange and green embellishments are matched with natural wood grain decorations, giving people a warm and fresh feeling. Living here makes people feel particularly relaxed.

My family and I love the ambiance and the room service. The room is clean. The hotel is just a short walk from the Asean Night Market.

perhaps hospitality should also for Muslim people, all the food is for non Muslim, especially for the breakfast.

Bad experience, cos I was accuse of stealing the free recycled bottle where the free water was FOC.

I came on vacation with my family and chose the Buri Sriphu hotel without first researching the condition of the room, the hotel and the location. However, after arriving and staying at this hotel, it turned out to be very satisfied and continued to stay another day. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, complete room equipment, quiet atmosphere, large swimming pool, easy parking, location close to all tourist hotspots. very worth the price. Very nice experience at this hotel, will definitely come here again and will stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel.

I love how central the location is. It is also very clean, comfortable and just right. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful!!!

The hotel, room and hotel area is very clean. The hotel staff are helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is very convenient to eating places and mall, walking distance only and situated not in a very busy and noisy streets/area. Very easy to get ‘Maxim’ or ‘Grab’ car.

I like the staff compensate for upgrading the room and also responsive to the problem with the water outlet on the bathtub. That is pretty much likes I would mention.

I was tired after much traveling from a long distance and looking forward to the comfy bed. Unfortunately, the room is not ready and I have to wait at the lobby for some 30 minutes after 3pm check in time. The Reception facial a bit odds, lacking the warm welcome gesture. Would be nice to put a little smile and be able to understand and concern about the customers who are likely tired after much traveling reaching the hotels and looking forward to the comfy bed for a well rest. A welcome drink would be nice to compensate after I seat at the lobby and disappointed for the room not yet ready, Unfortunately, I saw some staffs just standing near to lobby doing nothing as he seem also waiting to help other guest on the luggage. I think the staff shall be taught the way on how to serve customer base on the situation evolved.

I like the scent of the shampoos provided. The breakfast was okay-okay. The service was good, we requested for extra pillows and got them. The location is walkable from the greenway market and asean bazaar.

The room was tight once we added a mattress, we saw that the other room we had was bigger and would've been better if the mattress went there instead, but we had to make the choice on the spot without seeing the room, would have been helpful if the receptionist told us that one of the rooms was slightly bigger and can fit the extra mattress more comfortably.

Location and friendly service

The room is not soundproof. We could not sleep as we can hear the next room talking. The hotel is so famous such that they don't allow any check out extension. Not even for 30 minutes extra

I was happy but because I wanted more nights to stay I feel I got scammed ? I recently double check my Bank account and remember that you were "fiddling" with my Bank Card/ MasterCard and My intuition and worried was sadly confirmed MY CARD was withdrawn 3 times With Huge amount Exact same amount same occasion!!!?This ruined my positive feelings of your hotel and breakfast hmm????
