There was no window to see outside. Beside that, it was really nice.

The big problem was their WiFi. It was hard to get in the room and would often quit. Very disappointing

The location was great. Your turn left out of the hotel then turn left and go all the way down and you’ll hit some street food markets. Excellent value for money. If you go back the other way, you’ll hit the old markets where there are a lot of old market stalls particularly fruit stalls, and a seven eleven. If you turn right out of the hotel, you’ll hit some restaurants which look pretty good but I didn’t eat in there. When you get to the end of that street turn left and you’ll soon reach a fresh waffle cart called Maru that makes the best waffles for around 80B.

The room I was allocated had no window. It was at the back of the hotel and it was dark. And despite there being a topper and an extra mattress, the bed was really hard. I woke up every hour having to shift because that side of my body got numb.

Shower not so powerful but adequate.

Everything is beautiful and clean, the rooms are equipped with everything you need.

The elevator was a big issue, despite calling a head to confirm presents of an elevator - upon arrival there was none, a bug disadvantage for people with disabilities.

Nicely decorated hotel with a really nice pirate themed family room. The breakfast was good also.

No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the fourth floor, there is some work to do. Luckily the hotel staff is happy to help.

Everything except for the stairs to 4th floor

No lift, we requested a double bed as it was an option, staff moved the two super size king single beds together. My wife hit her head on a beam walking up the staircase

Room and bathroom are very spacious. Coffee shop downstairs excellent.

Rock hard bed.The building next door is used for tutoring and ridiculously noisy for our adjoining room 201 up to 6pm.

It is a small hotel in central Ranong and was suitable for our overnight stay. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a happy surprise and worth mentioning. The king bed in our room looked oversized, which was another surprise. All the in-room facilities worked as expected.

Very firm bed. There is no lift in this small property, and we were allocated a room on the third (top?) floor which meant carrying bags up to the room. Unfortunately we were not travelling with simple overnight bags.
