Always a pleasant place to stay has everything gym, pool, restaurant, elevator rooms are comfortable easy parking....parking attendant is attentive and helpful ...bags to your room .....staff is polite and helpful... my go to hotel in Rangon

A really cozy hotel. The room is big enough for 2 people and very clean. Liked the details — bathrobes were a nice touch. I didn't have time to check their kitchen as we stayed for 1 night only, but it was lovely. The bed was comfortable.

The only downside is the noise. Some club outside plays rather loud bass music at night, and in the morning the construction or the staff are pretty loud, too

My stay at the Galla was excellent. My room was quite big with a huge king sized bed, it had a great bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.A big bonus was the breakfast in the morning. You could choose what you want at check in for 200 Baht. I got an omelette, club sandwich, salad and coffee. The food was very good, such excellent value. I also got dinner sent to my room from the main hotel restaurant which very good too.

The room safe wasn't working. The staff acted promptly to try to fix it, but I said don't worry about it after it was taking a little time.

No breakfast for me this booking because hotel prepare for a group meeting. Air Conditioning in the room was not comfortable.

The water pressure from the shower was a bit low.

The man at check was very helpful helping with our bags and getting us a taxi to the airport. We liked the Korean restaurant that is at the hotel. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was quiet for sleeping and had a good internet connection. I strongly recommend staying here when in Ranong

The shower doesn't have a door, and water gets on the floor. The lighting in the bathroom was not good All else was good

The hotel has an excellent fitness Center , and a nice pool area .They have really good breakfast and a large varied dinner menu and all the meals were very tasty.

They could have had more lounge chairs around the pool .

This hotel was modern, newly built/furnished and had very good facilities. It was really clean, had a lovely bathroom and a super comfy bed with very nice linens. Parking was good and it is handily located for the night market, local restaurants etc It felt good value for money with a fulsome breakfast.

There weren't many places/seats to sit around the pool which is a shame.

our view over the kitchens… and their view of us! Net curtains please. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a very good buffet with a great choice. Breakfast on Monday morning was a very limited buffet… no muesli, juice or yogurt.. with one choice of main dish eg chicken porridge… very odd!

Room was clean, comfortable with nice view and I liked the toothbrush, AC, bed and general location of the hotel. Pool was nice but I didn’t use it.

One of the reasons I booked your hotel was for the restaurant. I was not able to buy a coffee or meal when I really needed it on Monday, February 17, 2025 in the morning from either the restaurant or the cafe because it was closed. This was really disappointing. Also at check in on Feb 16, 2025 the person’s English was surprisingly poor and the check in process was more stressful than it should have been. Water pressure in shower was quite poor. Will be returning to Ranong next week but will try a different hotel and will not be staying at your hotel again. Overall stay was satisfactory at best and slightly disappointing.

This is a wonderful hotel in the center of the city, 5 minutes from the night market. Cleaning every day, a huge bed and dark curtains, we haven't slept so well in a long time. The breakfasts are just great, take them , you won't regret it. There is a nice swimming pool and gym on site. It is ideal to relax by the pool during the day.We rented a bike right at the hotel for 300 baht. We drove around for 3 days, there really is so much to see and these are not tourist places. The atmosphere of real Thailand. I highly recommend this hotel ♥️
