Overall, it was an ok hotel. The hotel looks good and cosy. Nice relax place.

We paid over USD200 for a night. Just drinking water is chargeable. Not so much of flexible and very locally manage.

The pool is clean and fresh. Staff is outstanding. Friendly and helpful, always ready to help with baggage. The shower has hot water and is large with a place to sit if you need it. Food market is across the street.

Food at breakfast could be hotter.

I liked the style, everything was there what I needed. Staff was great.

The only negative I have to say is the sound proof. Its in the middle of the town so road noise is constant. Also the noise from other guests: you hear all voices , door banging , babies crying, you name it. Last two nights of my stay there were some events in town too, from early lunch till midnight or so. So forget the good nights sleep.

The hotel was comfortable for our 1 night stay and close to the pier for our transfer, but we didn’t find anything open for dinner or drinks around the area, so best to stay in the hotel they have a little cafe open till 11pm

The area is not good, dirty and nothing open for dinner & drinks wouldn’t have liked to stay for more than I night

Clean, excellent central location, nice rooms, parking available, friendly staff and good breakfast. Handy for the night market and a short drive to the hot springs and Walkjng Street.

There was nothing to dislike.

Wonderful, friendly, hard-working staff. This was our second stay after a short excursion to Khao Lak. Hotel is beautifully designed and landscaped. Pool was perfect temperature and everything was very clean.

Lighting in the rooms is poor. Bathroom also needs better lighting. Aircon blowing directly onto the bed

All water to the room is from the nearby mineral springs so we were able to soak in the tub without need to go to the nearby hot springs.

The resort was excellent , the staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful with advice and local knowledge. Room was very clean and quiet and bed very comfortable. Location was a short distance from town centre and breakfast the following morning was great, enough choices.Would stay again.

Good breakfast, location is about 20 min by foot to the area with many restaurants.

The room was much smaller than stated - about 5 meters smaller. Uncomfortable bed & pillows. Air conditioner was making a loud noise on low setting. hard to sleep unless you use earplugs. The shower was not mixing water properly - hot or cold. The bathroom & bed & air conditioning & tv of a 3 star hotel. The room needs renovation. Everything is old but small tv. No safe, no bathroom robes.

Clean, modern & comfortable. Slept well as it was very quiet. Lovely!

Staff were lovely but made many mistakes that were avoidable. Example- ordered a meal & they forgot about it. Never did get it. Sat for over an hour then went to bed.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Natural spring water in the pool and also in the rooms.

Bathroom size is big , you can enjoy mineral bath in the room with high pressure water.

Light in the room is little dark.

Amazing quiet resort close in Ranong town. Opposite night market which was a treat to experience Ranong culture .

Fabulous location close to the night market and great restaurants on Bang Rin.Recommend Sim Boon Restaurant, Korean BBQ and the Chinese restaurant.Super comfortable bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast was good with choice of western or Thai. The lovely coffee shop on the premises did delicious iced coffee and their signature guava smoothie. Wonderful staff who were so helpful organizing bike hire, transport & ferries to Surin Islands and Koh Phayam. This is a great place to base yourself for trips to and from Ranong. Special thanks to Kit on the front desk for all her help.

Contrary to other reviews, we had no problems with mosquitoes with appropriate repellent. We mistook the noise of the crickets for an alarm! But their noise and the noise of the frogs are charming and natural and they were quiet at bedtime.

The breakfast there was great!! The first morning we ordered from a menu but there was also beverages, salad and fruit in addition to what was on the menu. The second morning was buffet style and nice choices. Staff remembered from day before I was vegetarian and went out of their way to offer something else!! The young lady at the front desk named Bell was so friendly and helpful. She has even learned some good English so she can communicate and help. Big gold star for Bell!!!

Good location, partly under renovation though.

We stayed 2 nights, day 1 the breakfast was a la carte but the staff got it all wrong even though 2 in our party of 4 speak Thai. The coffee was good using a domestic machine that grinds the beans. Lack of maintenance though, we were the only guests and it ran out of water, beans and needed the waste beans removed. 2nd day breakfast was buffet, fried eggs were cold and a poor selection in general. There are lots of steps to the rooms, not well described on the internet.
