Less facilities, would suggest kid play areas

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Minutes walking from the dive shop we needed to meet at and several nice restaurants. We got late checkout and they stored our luggage until later in the afternoon.

A pleasant hotel that also has some boutique charm. Clean, modern, and comfortable, I've stayed at the Sook twice on different occasions. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a handful of choices and are very good local Thai dishes. The lobby and pool area and very nice to just relax with included coffee/tea and snacks. Very good location on a main straight in Ranong.

I don't favor the asia style open shower where water sprays everywhere in the shower/toilet area. This is not a complaint, just an observation.

Super clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful. The location is excellent right in the middle of town.

The room is spacious and convenient for 3 guests. I guess is the stop over for people driving in from north or south like us. Decent hot shower with good amenities. The breakfast is mostly Thai style and quite a good one.Staff were vigilant and friendly.

3 of us stayed in one room. An extra bed didn’t get enough air-con, so it was a little warm.

Quiet, well kept and friendly. There were many traditional restaurants near by.

The staff were all very nice.

One of the worst stays I have ever had. We were put in room 103 it is in a basement, smelled terrible like mold and mildew. The room furniture was nonexistent, outside in the terrace area which was 8 feet below ground in a well type enclosure was 1 chair a couple could not sit outside at all. The shower was nice but no hot water, we called everytime we wanted to take a shower they would get up in the ceiling and work on it then it was a little warm but same as a cold shower. Tv was completely thai so if you are a foreigner nothing to watch when we got there the tv did not work but they came and worked on it. No elevator so if you have any problems walking no good at all. The breakfast had a very nice setting but was completely thai food and most food was under cooked. I would not recommend for a foreigner also I went by the reviews on booking and the price expecting a very nice upscale hotel. And booking charged me more than they were asking at the hotel for the room. I would suggest looking at other sources for input and pricing for anyone in the future I know I will.
