- The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. The facilities were poor. Toiletry would be provided they advertised but no was provided except a tiny soap was given on request !! the room wasn’t clean, and I even saw bugs and mosquitoes. The bed only had sheets on one side, and the TV didn’t work; the remote was oddly kept with the staff. Although it said “breakfast included,” there was no real choice offered. Definitely needs improvement across the board.
