Jetwing Jaffna

Staff went above and beyond to help us get to where we needed to go. Room was wonderful.

The elevator chimes are pretty loud! and you can hear them from inside the room.

It is not worth for the price. Small rooms with 3 beds. No space to move.

The room size and the facilities will not be worth the price. I have asked for 3 person room and received 2 person room with an extra bed. No space to move.

very kind staff, both in the reception and the restaurant, easily accessible, comfortable rooms, good food. e had a warm welcome at the check-in and all went well and we had a nice stay there

Central place with shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and hospital nearby.

Excellent breakfast and evening dinner. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed a lot longer. Very good value for money and staff service was excellent.

Breakfast on the second morning was not the buffet option and we were not informed of this beforehand. We still had mosquitoes in the room despite using the complimentary mosquito plug ( but we did also appreciate this).

We had a wonderful stay - as UK born Tamils, travelling with our young baby, we were anxious about the trip but Jetwing Jaffna enabled us to enjoy our stay - the staff honestly went above and beyond to ensure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are just exemplary, absolutely exceptional service and the food was exquisite (the a la carte options being excellent value too) - we had most of our meals as a family during our stay in Jaffna at the Jetwing restaurant. We hope to stay again in future

Location is good, Staff is friendly and helpful

For the price the quality is not. It's more expensive then the other luxury hotels we stayed in - ITC Colombo, JW marriot Welligama and Uppuveli (Trinco) but the quality of stay/service and accommodation is drastically lower. Probably will not stay here going forward.

Wonderful hotel and great staff. Always willing to help.Food wasn’t really great though. Most bread items were quite stale and repeated at every meal. Bedrooms can be lots better. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The food is exceptional. Had dinner, had breakfast, had Odiyal Kool for lunch.

Air Con was too noisy, not value for money. bathroom was too small. not value for money, it should be cheaper than colombo

The food is good. The buffet style break fast and dinner was good.

The tea or coffee at breakfast could have been better if they were made fresh or from a coffee maker rather than serving from a pot that was made and kept for a longer period which was lukewarm.

Well above our expectations. Staff was very discrete and professional. We used the restaurant facilities (the nicest quality from all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka) as well as the rooftop bar. A manager in the restaurant was very kind and welcoming as half of our group were of Sri Lankan descent but grew up in North America. When we can return we would happily do so. The hospitality was at the highest level.

The front desk did not understand that for a French Credit Card/Visa we need to put in our 4-digit PIN code. We explained this to staff many times. When we left we informed staff it worked in the restaurant so we asked they use that machine to process the payment for the rooms. We had to go inside the restaurant with the staff and find the server who attended our table in order to process the payment on our credit card.

Very comfortable room with attention to details for the needs of the traveler. Central location within the heart of the city

TV no bigger than a lap top and only BBC news channel in english, the room was very dated compared to previous hotels. Extortionate tax and service charge added to bar & nibbles bill. Thought jetwing would be better really disappointing.

Attitude. We did not have breakfast. Asked to pack and they wanted to charge us

The restaurant, restaurant staff and food were excellent.

Reception staff , they were talking in their language while we were standing at the reception about our reservation. And took a long time to give us the room. Came from Colombo travelled more than ) hours wanted to rest a bit. The porch was smelly ( toilet )and dirtyThe room ( 601) was small and damp. Shower area u see the untidy tile grout. We didn’t expect a Jetwing hotel has such a poor quality rooms.
