Location is good. Close distance to the Bus stand, Market and Shops. They provide a reasonable breakfast options. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room lights are too bright, there wasn’t any low bright option for the night. It’s full brightness or no light at all. Bathroom leaks bit.

Neat and Clean rooms. Tasty Complimentary breakfast. Very close to Jaffna Bustand and Market. All the shops available within walkable distance.

Fan airflow need to be improved

Raymond and the other staff member I interacted with (who's name I didn't catch) were so welcoming and friendly, they really made my time in Jaffna lovely! Raymond, who works on the front desk, speaks excellent English so it was really interesting to talk to him about life in Jaffna to get a feel for that from a local. He was always keen to help me out with things like sorting out motorbike rental, and I really got the impression this was just to be helpful, not like some hotels promoting their services so they can take a commission. As he didn't mind at all when I rented from elsewhere (and he helped me negotiate with the external rental place when there were some issues). He was wonderful conversation and very friendly! The other member of staff I interacted with didn't speak much English but more than made up for it with a super friendly manner and was extremely welcoming and kind.They made tasty and enormous local breakfasts with vast amounts of delicious milk tea ? after my first night here I decided to stay another night on my way back through Jaffna, and if I came to Jaffna again I'd definitely stay here.The location is great, really central near the fort and market but also not too far from Nallur, and the rooms were nice and clean. They also do very reasonably priced laundry for just 500 lkr for a full load - super handy! Thanks Raymond for a lovely stay!

Mosquitos in the room

Clean & spacious rooms equipped with AC and Fans for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast exquisite. Always a mixture of Dal, chicken curry, eggs as well as bread & jam. The hotel is located very close to jaffna market and the main sites like Jaffna Fort, clock tower, public library etc. Are within walking distance.~7min on foot is a big supermarket called Keells.

Was one of the budget options in Jaffna and I’m very happy we picked this one. Rooms were clean, aircon worked, hot water worked. Very good location 5 mins walk from bus stand and 20 mins to train station or 5 mins in a taxi. Kind and friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed. Very good Sri Lankan breakfast (they also offered us an alternative but the curries were so good).

Our room was next to the breakfast room from which noise carried when it opened at 7. We were not too disturbed.

Good location near Jaffna market and bus station. Large room with two double beds, airconditioned. Very good traditional breakfast. Nice staff, especially in the breakfast room.

No terrace or place outside a room where you can rest in the evening.

Although a Restaurant was advertised, it was not possible to get dinner. Tea and bananas provided each morning but no other meals. Little English spoken by staff.

Shower plumbing defective in first room, had to change room during 3 night stay.Sole access to hotel is down an unlit potholed 100 metre alley which was ofter blocked by vehicles.

Very spacious room with 2 double beds which help us to keep our cloths , bags etcAdequately furnished Felt like home - 1st floor kitchen and dining hall were handy The staffs Sathees at reception was very helpful. Nathan looked after very well with room service.

Access to the property during busy hours as the cul - de - sac is narrow and other vehicles may block . As the distance is 50meters walking from the road top to hotel is easier.

The room is very clean the Manager and all staffs are kind persons, they always help us in everything, i recommended this structure

There was no wifi, no bar as advertised, no hot tub , no garden, no lounge, no music and entertainment, all these were advertised but they weren't there. Our bedroom was next to the dining room, so in the morning we woken by other guests having breakfast. The window you couldn't see out off. The paint was coming off the walls due to damp coming from the shower. The room needed a really good clean . The location wasn't good as you needed a tuk tuk to get anywhere. It's down a rough track road where wagons and Van's go for repair and gets muddy when wet

They could do better in proving some supplies to rooms in advance (such as soap, shampoo)

The reception staff were very attentive The room was a decent size with towel, AC etc. Ok location away from the busy main street

The bathroom was a little bit grubby but got some wet wipes to wipe it down and was okay afterThe WiFi wasn’t the best, kept dropping out but they told me they were fixing Bike hire - not actually at the hotel but a 10/15 min walk away which is okay but would be much better if was actually from the hotel itself

Not recommend to stay

I stayed with my wife and 2 year old baby.although we have booked early they have not kept a proper room for us.They gave us a last room near to the entrance door.which is in ground floor.when we requested another room they told us there are no other rooms .only this available.but later we got to know there were some vacant rooms but they have not issued us.very bad.We had no option with a baby at that time.so we had to stay there. when we r entering to the room all of the windows were opened.so there were lot of mosquitoes inside the room.unclean room.uncomfortable bed and pillows.there was a snail and so many insects and wild mosquitoes in the room also.They had no proper TV facility even they have mentioned it.They did not give us a wifi access even though we requested it.They did not answer their phones even after several attempts.breakfast is not good .Staff is not cooperative .Finally manager told me " sorry " when we are checking out.

Very good location within easy walking to centre. Reception and catering staff very friendly and always pleased to help. Room good size with good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and very good value for price even though some room for improvement. With attention to the issues I mention I would rate overall findings higher.

Some attention needed to general room decoration, torn curtains and paint flaking off walls. Plumbing leaking from bathroom sink and tap loose. Disturbed sleep every morning at 5.15am caused by noise from kitchen preparation. WIFI access unreliable at times.
