Srimalis Residence

Excellent!!! Hospitality and comfort at a very high level. We enjoyed staying at Srimali's Residence. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. We felt like at home. We had a large room, on the top floor with a magnificent view and a balcony. We could see monkeys, chipmunks, lizards and all kinds of birds. We had air conditioning, a safe-box and anti-mosquito nets! The location is very close to the beach, the main shopping street and numerous cafes. We enjoyed our stay there!

Great location, the room was very nice and the family running it was great.. We really enjoyed our time and it was very comfy.We always like to book with local familys and after the experience with them we will continue..

Bed rooms and bathroom were super spacious and had a fridge, a lovely hot shower and were very clean. Large seating area outside the rooms to sit and eat/mingle with friends. The host was amazing and helped everywhere possible. Bike rental super close just over the road, separate business. Walking distance from an ATM and a a whole load of shops and restaurant to cater for everyone’s needs. Great value for money!

5minute walk from the beach yet still is hidden away. comfortable place if you want some privacy with a big room and balcony

Loved this stay so much! The owner and his sons were so friendly and accommodating. We extended an extra night without an issue and we were able to keep our bags stored the final morning while we went out. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the views were incredible. The location was perfect, at the end of the tourist road but not far and still quiet. The dog shelly was also a dream host! Would definitely reccomend!

Me and my girlfriend really had a great time staying at Srimali's residence for 3 weeks. Location is amazing. The good coffeeshop is in the next building, the main touristic street of Unawatuna in 50m. The room has a condtitioner and a fan, so it's quite confortable to be inside when sun at its zenith. The owner of the residence was very polite and attentive to our wishes. The speed of the internet connection was enough to work, including video conferencing.

Family are very helpful we only booked a night but stayed 7 and found us a little fridge. Room big and airy balcony on both sides of bed so lovely and cool beautiful large immaculate bathroom excellent shower and situated about 10 min stroll down main street to beach.Plenty of tut tut stands out side and bus stop plus grocers and supermarket

We got the best sleep here! (No dogs barking, you don't hear any cars or trains, AC is really quiet, bed is really comfortable, good mosquito net)

A bit hard to find, a bit far from the beach. We thought it would be closer Shower temperature was hard to regulate
