Swiss-Belinn Singkawang

The staffs are exceptionally good, respectful and very attentive to our request. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights..the hotel is mindful enough to inform us earlier that there's are 3 nights events for New year countdown at the nearby spaces at the hotel parking space. We don't really mind of the noise anyway ?.. The best part is that our family of 5 was treated for free new year dinner at the hotel!.

Breakfast was good with good selection. Location was very good being in a shopping centre

Quite a distance to travel to heart of town

Location next to a mall, convenient. There was a swimming pool with mountain view, unfortunately it is too crowded. Breakfast food was tasty, but again the vibe is off because of the crowd.

Too crowded, barely can enjoy anything. Linens has stains, but overall acceptable.

Great place. Linked to the grand mall. Parking was easy and convenient. Best of all, it was free. Good location and close to most places. Just a quick 5-10mins drive to the city center. Pleasant experience with the reception. Room was great and comfy, quiet. Good selection of body gel/shampoo.

So far none except the odor in the elevator could be improved.

Location was fantastic! It was connected to the Singkawang Grand Mall, which made shopping very easy! The street behind the hotel had alot of food and entertainment options as well!

The hotel wasn't very upfront when booking whether you'd be in Tower 1 or Tower 2. Tower 1 is the higher end one, with the pool, and soon to be ready gym, Tower 2 however had none of these facilities and was for patrons who booked a superior room. Although you could use the facilities in Tower 1, you'd have to walk across through public space (incl the mall) in your swim gear

The room is nice. Bed also ok and the satisfaction are the staffs. They are so friendly and helping. Location is very good and strategic

The cleanest is not so good. On the table room and toilet sink got a lot of ants. The bed sheet and blanket also not so clean. The towel also got a lot of yellowish spot. I ask for new one and come out also still the same. The fridge is not cool at all. The swimming pool is pretty but too bad is not clean. I saw a lot of fungus down there.

Close to mall

We stayed at tower2 level 1, facing the podium of the mall which was very noisy until 10 pm. Thw breakfast is very so so. Below my expectation for Swissbell hotel standart

Food are good with alot of choices. plus point for breakfast at pool area.. kid can play in pool during breakfast. spectacular outdoor pool view.

Air-conditioner not functioning well. room feel hot and stuffy.. after switching to new room still the same problem.

The price was reasonable & yummy breakfast , excellent service & location e the nice view.

The bed under the big beam so felt not so comfy .

All staff are very nice, friendly n professional. Extra Special thumb up to housekeeping staff, door security n front desk.. really everyone are very good.

Actually , I'm disappointed because the pictures of the room as of original reservation was bad.NOt like as in the picture, but My mom upgrade it with additional cost to get good room and view. Plese show us the real picture of room type to avoiding any ZONK when we are checked in.

Actually it got 2 Towers, i stayed at tower 2. To go to swimming pool at Tower 1. We need to go down & walk through a open parking lot, to the Tower 1 lobby. The breakfast menu does not change on my 4 days stay. No meal suitable for children. All spicy, except for the fried egg & plain porridge
