Because they don't have the signage of their new name.The location of the resort is too remote.No near establishments or store where you can buy food.The placement of the mirror is making us hard to use the toilet.Wifi from the lobby is not reaching the room and data is weak due to the location (top of the mountain)The swimming is not thoroughly cleaned. And the place is not well maintained.If the place will be maintained, they can have more clients.
