BiglandOtel Sentul Suites & Convention

Friendly staff Nice gym, room with a view

No gym towels

Friendly staff - clean and quiet

The air conditioning and light controls seemed unnecessarily complicated - perhaps some attention to that would improve future guests’ experiences

family room complete with 1 queen bed, 1 extra bed & 1 sofa bedbut the extra bed has no blanket

the location is next to toll road and some factories

Clean and tidy

Little bit far from center of city, but good for resting

i liked the room and the flexibility of having extra bed for family suite..

i hated the parking area.. the basement is extremely narrow!

I like the breakfast menu. It's good to have various menu available. Taste also not bad.

The hotel is still having a renovation at the lobby and the sign to the lobby is not so clear.

its clean and quite. the hotel is close to the highway.

when my mom checked in to the hotel, she was not informed that she had to do another Covid test (antigen/ PCR) every 3 days of stay from a Hospital/ clinique. We had to arranged it last minute and it was quite difficult to do. My mom couldn’t reach the kitchen to order in the breakfast. No cabinet in the room. Few hotel staff weren't aware of their own regulations regarding Covid test so it confused us.

the location.

the view from window. The elevator only 1 unit working. The towel already looks old, must change into the new one to look fresh.

Pleasant

there was leak in toilet closet. floor became super wet and slippery

Room was clean

Swimming pool to crowded and in this covid situation there is some family just sit down near to the swimming pool but they didnt swim...only chit chat with others and sitting close without wearing a mask and none of hotel staff remind them

The room very cozy, and clean...the services is exellent

The food is average..

View from room was spectacular

The floor of swimming pool already broken, its dangerous for people using it.

strategic place close to the highway, cleanliness could be better

breakfast place was pretty messy with tables not cleaned, food was not prepared enough quantity

comfy clean and safe

Lokasi strategis

Wifi susah connect, lemot

the environment around hotel quiet and nice for having rest & sleep

the services is good but menu of breakfast standard. The location is near toll road but if you will buy something or having dinner you should go to Sentul city about 3 km far by toll road.

The breakfast is quite good. The bed is comfortable. I like the room interior, very practical and good lighting. Overall stay is okay.

The staff didn't give thorough explanation, we enter the wrong room because of bad handwriting on the key. After unpleasant room check in, the staff gave free dessert. The toiletries amenities always missing something, I have to keep asking for shower cap everyday. The gym facilities is poor, most of the equipment cannot be used. The swimming pool used too much chlorine it made my eyes hurt, it's quite apparent they didn't thoroughly clean the swimming pool and only put as much chlorine as possible. I came here for business, after checkout they didn't gave me receipt, I have to ask for it, and after I ask for receipt, they didn't put the receipt in envelope, rude. very rude.

The room with sofabed and one extra bed under the queen bed. Yass (family room)

Tooth brush and paste didnot ready in our bathroom, we must request that to hotel's housekeeping. (and that is free)

I already mention it.The breakfast so delicious and varieties ??The staffs so friendly and helpfull ??And they doing Covid-19 procedure strictly ???

I got rooms in the 6th floor ( we booked 2 family rooms type ). Our bad experience were the electricity in this hotel, especially in my rooms (both of them) were unstable; turn off- on electricity ...And the eminities in my both rooms were not complited. The hotel only gave 1 small bottle liquid shampoo, and 1 small-block bath soap. There were no brush teeth and the paste teeth, and no other amenitites ... Meanwhile we booked 2 family rooms -type but the aminities were so minimalize. But, the good one thing is we must call the service room dial first, so we can get extra shampoo, soap, and finally tooth brush ... ??The best thing i like from this hotel are they doing Covid-19 procedures strictly ? And the breakfast also so delicious and many varieties ??? And The whole staff so friendly and helpfull. Thank you Bigland Hotel staffs ???

Ok

Lift too small and only 2
