Staff.

Dirty hotel even in suite room, carpets are all dirty, the smell was very bad, there are flies in the bathtub, lots of unpleasant sight starting from the furnitures, carpets, etc... And the elevator... I am terrified everytime I use the elevator, the sounds it makes.. just a terrifying elevator..

The food is good, staff are very friendly and following health protocol.

Stayed in suite room for 1 night. The elevator sounds so terrifying please fix it immediately. Room equipment need to get well maintained.

The location is near from botanical mall and easy to find food. The b real fast is also good.

the locations is perfect and the price was very worth

1. parking lot as always a lil bit too narrow to accommodate every guess vehicles, but it was solved with assistance all the very helpful staffs2. in a certain time the hot water wasn't hot enough, it was only 'warm'3. both rooms we used, the aircon's outdoor unit was noise, it was rather disturbing

The location is very good - its close to the park. The interior design is good, but they cant keep it clean. At least in my room. The coffee station ( the wall ) was dirty.

Terrible to park the car and couldnt drop off the guest for long time !! The breakfast was not so great ..

Location is amazing, decent range of Western and Asian breakfast options. Suite room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly. Parking is well organised.

Water isn't hot in the bathroom, had to wait for a table at breakfast as not enough space. Pool bar was non existent and for a 'non smoking' hotel it was musty at best.

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The room is big and clean

The location is right at the centre of Bogor, in front of Tugu Kujang, across Shopping Mall, and the biggest Garden: Kebun Raya Bogor.

Cleanliness and parking space

It's located exactly at the front pf the Bogor City Landmark of kujang and Kebun Raya Bogor. The location is really strategic.

This Hotel in Building parking space was so small so we have to take vallet parking, which is free, but due to bad traffic we have to wait a bit longer just to get back to the car

The personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was perfect, room lightning and interior arrangement are good.

I was at room 1112, the carpet was dirty, and the room is abit noisy, there are strange noise was heard all day and night.

The location was good, simple toom

room is large with Europe middle age design, the facilities are good like iron and the table, 3 kind of shower. location also very good front of Botani square and beside of Kebun Raya Bogor

the carpet need change or more cleaning

Location is close to Kebun Raya, Bogor and it is easy to find. Room is comfy and spacious enough. In addition, swimming pool and gym are very small but still acceptable.Breakfast is good and it has a-lot of foods you can choose but you need to wait in order to get the table.

Parking lot is the most drawback for this hotel due to lack of space and limitation of front yard. However, valley parking service is one of the solutions.

Disappointing

Trapped on elevator for a minute because electricity down

I think the pipeline leak, floor in the toilet always wet

Check-in was delayed by an hour. Room carpet could be cleaner

All the staffs were friendly, helpful, smiley, and well groomed.

Unclean room and bath room especially at corners we can spot clearly.Not that happy with the smell from towels.Leakage on windows.Need to refurbish the ceiling. We can spot at resto, bed room, bathroom.Need to thoroughly clean up the carpet, the smell were not that nice.
