Breakfast should have some plain bread and spread. Lunch and dinner had better options.

Cushion for the dining area were too soft/worn out.

Old hotel, bit poor bfast. The towels provided were old and already torn. It is not worth for the value paid

We been here to stay 2 times and we have satisfied with our stay here. the place is great staff also kind and the location of the hotel is in the center of the city. Highly recommended if you are about to visit bogor.

With the price we get at booking.com we hope we get also break fast...

Limited facilities in swimming pool, old fashioned bath room in room.

I was traveling with my kids for an event nearby and didn't realize it was a hotel that catered to more conservative travelers. Everyone was lovely, but I would have brought different clothes had I realized that. My fault for not checking reviews. The breakfast buffet was huge and had a lot of choices. We did not use the pool because we had not brought conservative swimwear and would have felt weird, but LOTS of families and kids seemed to enjoy it.

The rooms were a bit small, but it was fine with kids.

When you drove in, the place looks humongous and beautiful. What you expect at 4 stars hotel and more. The facade was clean, and the reception was nice and welcoming.

I was given a keycard that was quite worn out and card holder that seemed to have been used at least 70 thousand times. The ac in the room was very slow in starting up. The room was very stuffy and it probably took 30-40 mins before they slightly colder. Got into the toilet and found the shower head was moldy. The shower area was moldy on the corners and the lower part of the wall too. I suspect that they havent been scrubbed for a while. The worst of it all is when you get into the bed. I got into a room with 2 single beds. And both beds had dry skins under the blanket. And upon removal of the blanket part of the sheets was yellow stained too.

Got a free upgrade because the type of room I booked was fully booked.

The hotel could use more lighting, a bit dark.

Staff, breakfast, location

We 6 persons packed in a room for an hour while waiting for next two rooms ready to check in. Another, my children shown their clothes got blues by algae from the pool, it seems the pool needed to regularly clean. Last, lights in the rooms and bathrooms were dim, normally especially for bathroom supposed to be bright.

The building and the restaurant not too crowded.Staff also fulfill ny needs which is give 2 rooms early check in at 12.30 PM

The gym is not good.

Location is good and close to restaurant also to Botanical Garden. The hotel is not big but nice and the front office staff are all helpful. We had problem checking out but the staff responded in no time.

One thing that is a bit disappointed was the bubur ayam was cold and we were the first guest who came at 6 am for breakfast. But other than that, the variation of the food was good. Maybe give more option for western style breakfast.

Very clean, breakfast are wort with the price. The location are good to value. So many cafés and restaurants around in walking distance. Staffs are friendly.

Bed and pillow is a bit uncomfortable. There was 3 elevators available but only 1 can operate. It was weekend and quiet full of people stays in the hotel. So, waiting for the elevator is challenging cause you don't want to get in it with a lot of people since it's pandemic.

The room is clean the toilet is clean hot water is working well

I booked 2 days for 2 rooms but it’s written 2 days and 1 room so they shared the card into one day and two rooms without telling me. The air conditioner is not cold! I asked the staff to fix it many times but still the same still hot not cold so I can’t sleep well at all

Hotel cleanliness is ok. Beautiful interior design. The location near many good cafe & resto.

The room facilities were poor, they just put one glass for room of two persons. The wifi quality very slow speed in my children's room. Room & bathroom lightings were a bit dark. The crowded from room outside (people & vehicles on the street were heard loudly)

It's clean, has good food, great location

I lost a room key and the hotel charged me for that. I never been charged for the lost room key before when I stayed in other 4 stars hotel.
