The 1o1 Bogor Suryakancana Hotel

Breakfast is good , location is good

The room to small , toilet paper doesn’t have extra Bathroom to small

Good , no coplains

I had no way of contacting the hotel when I was back home . Tried emails and phone calls .

Everything worked as advertised, good location, rooms small but fine. Good breakfast with local and western options

Somehow we needed to pay everytime we had food/drinks or room service. The hotel did not let us charge it to the room. That was somewhat inconvenient

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent.

The bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We had connecting rooms and both rooms have the same issue.

Location is good for finding food

The noise is too lound...Shower is broken

Very near to food street

The towel is so old, the bed sheet n bed cover should change alrdy, the bed is not comfortable.

Hotel location, stafs' kindness, hotel's events

Loud noises from other rooms.

Receptionist are courteous and helpful when addressing the issue of my room. Security guards are welcoming and putting me as a car driver at ease. Very good room, the restaurant buffet has more varieties dishes. Overall friendliness of the staff is plus.

I got the room with AHU Chiller ambience when opened my windows. The double bed request has been asked via Booking.com but not provided when I entered the room. After asking the receptionist, they were handling the request well. The pool is full of kids at 7:30AM.

Near from food street and Kebun Raya Bogor.

Traffic jam and room is not soundproof even from coridor.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of menu's. Room's is clean n comfortable. My room has view pool side n it is good view n staffs are freindly n helpful.

The food around the hotel was good, but it was full and crowded and I had a hard time enjoying the food. Maybe it was because it was a long holiday.

Superb Location

Parking and Breakfast variation

The welcome. The nice dining room

The location Swimming pool too small

- The property is close to various restaraunt - The property is in the middle of town, this made it easy to travel and explore the town

- Limited parking space- Hot AC

The breakfast was great, so was our lunch. There is a variety of children activities, such as cooking class, movies, etc. The hotel location is closed to all you can eat stalls and restaurants during the day and a walking distance to Kebun Raya Bogor.

When I paid the bill, I asked what is the refundable amount of Rp500,000 meant for (that was mentioned/stated when I booked the rooms with booking.com: damage deposit Rp500,000 fully refundable) and the answer is that they don't know. So, I was not clear why the Rp500,000 was stated when I booked the rooms. I hope that booking.com can give me an explanation. Thank you.

Personnel was very kind and mostly helpful. The room was very large. We had two balconies. WiFi and airco worked well, although the first night it turned off every hour.

Cleanliness. Really, you don't need tourists to see that the cleaning really needs to improve...

I like how close it is with the toll exit

the walls and doors are thin so we couldn’t get a good night sleep because of next door guest that has a kid and upstairs guest who keep moving the chair

interior design, room, balcony, bathroom, and of course the breakfast!

city view only

location and hospitality. also swimming pool is awesome

nice food..good location n staff ???

noise from the next room .. almost all night

perfect location, many local culinary and at city center.

small bathroom, espexially the washstand
