Staff were very friendly and responsive

great location, spot on, near sempur park, near city attraction

the parking area is narrow, you should careful when park your car. secondly the smell of the water waste was very stink, spread out to the lift

There's always noise at night,we couldn't sleepthe room looks a bit old and there's water damage in the ceiling near the aircon and what appears to be mould. Poor bathroom design with a shower/bath where the water would spill over the bath ledge as well as a tripping hazard getting out of the shower.

The service and facilities did not meet expectations, especially considering the price, and we do not plan to return.

We faced some inconvenience during our stay. For the first three days, only two elevators were working, which caused long waiting times. We also had to follow up several times to get room service, even after making repeated requests.Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid. We will not return.

we stayed here with our family last year, we had a good time. so this time of year we stayed at the same hotel.it's within our budget, centre of the city, really easy to go around from this area.

we stayed in a different room last time, but this time it was a different room. the room feels so empty, there are cracks on the wall, floor, lumps on the carpet. We tried not to change the towel too often, but when we change, the smell of the new towel didn't smell fresh. We stayed at the 18th floor, the whole floor feels not properly taken care off, maybe due to some reason. The breakfast is ok, not sure we could get something better within this budget but it could be better.

every time I visit Bogor I will definitely stay at this hotel .. what I like about this hotel is the service of the employees from the reception to the food servicethat's what makes us love swiss bell hotel..all staff friendly ..i highly recommended this hotel to everyone who plan vacation to bogor....thank you so much i received surprise cake at my room???

We have to call 4 times to get the towel in three rooms that we have reserved. We have checked in the hotel by around 5 pm unfortunately there were no towel inside 3 rooms that we have booked. And the towel just coming after 4 times my husband calling .. please improve those service .

I like the view, and the service of the FO team, it was very pleasant to stay and highly recommended for staycation, love the coffee so much, FB team also very helpful and very fast response , HK team as well

sometimes the housephone did not working well, im trying to call but not able, so i have to go to the front desk and asked the FO team, and the team respond my request and follow up very well, thank you
