Room Amenities was too simple from what I've paid

the location is very close to my destination (SICC), the bed was comfy

the lights in the room is too dark, it's better to have a brighter light especially when we spend more time in the room

Facilities, value for money, location. The room spacious and it has big window. They have aromatherapy in the room. Sheets and towels clean.

Less amenities - only toothpaste, soap and shampoo. The bathroom seems less maintenance.

Location is just in a walking distance to the SICC, the concert's venue, which is the main purpose of visiting Sentul on that day.. The staffs were also helpful and kind, and even let us to check in early.. really appreciate that

as that night is very busy, it was chaos ata restaurant area. suggest harris hotel to be more prepared when anticipating big events and high traffic visitors

Great location, suitable to avoid traffic jam during high season..

Breakfast, variation of food could be improve and the soto have very salty taste...

The facilities was incredible such as ATV, trampouline, pool and soccer field.

The door of the bathroom needed to be maintained (lubricated).

The room is quite spacious and clean. Really love how they take care of the COVID-19 protocol during breakfast time. Good breakfast with various options. I love all of the dishes and their service during breakfast. The water was strong and the hot water worked. They also take care of the swimming pool cleanliness.

The furniture was quite old and unmaintained but the room was spacious.

All in all it was very good. I like the view, the pool and the room. The staff was nice. We got early check-in, and we got a double room that we requested. We wanted to stay in the hotel longer.

We didn't get to try the breakfast (not the hotel's fault). One of the pillows was not comfy.

> The staff services / response.> When I called by phone, in the morning, the Receptionist or CSR (named Ms I*t*n) told me that she would call me, later. But, she contacted me in the aternoon, after a few hours, and after I booked by on line agency before lunch. I thought she treated me, different, because I'm not a foreigner guest. At that time, I spoke in Bahasa. I was very disapointed. Harris hotel, actually, my kid's fave hotel, previously. I didn't cancell my reservation, due to my kid's expectation. rgds, Parlin

the pool was clean although in pandemic situation. There are 2 polls that suit for kids. My nephew really enjoyed the pool. Nice for staycation.

The hotel has several facilities for the kids and it's awesome!! Swimming pool is compulsory for the kids but other outdoor facilities such as archery, atv, soccer field, trampoline, hobbit-house, playground and also indoor facility-kids club, will indulge your kids. Meanwhile for adult, trecking, cycling or gym may be the best option to get while you stay in this hotel. We do believe that the hotel has conducted very best effort to make guest's experience more comfort and enjoyable in the midst of this pandemic by disinfecting the room (sealed with the sticker) and also by providing hand-sanitizer on several public facilities. The process both for check-in and check-out were pretty fast. Well done!!

clean but simple room

bathroom poorly maintained. fungus on the tiles. shower door stained. toilet flush not working...The outside lounge is hot during day time. a few ceiling fans would likely do the trick.

Playing ground for kid are various and the meal was delicious. The staff was hospitable and we could early check in on this hotel without any additional charge. The swimming pool was large and there are a kid's club there.

The interior of the room need to be refreshed since the hotel was 10 years established.

the room service menu has limited option, during weekend, a bit difficult to find parking lot especially when they have an event in the hotel (wedding reception, office gathering, etc)
