For our family ,this is first time I like it the property ,but need little bit renovation room furniture are very old

Furniture in the room and no Hand shower at shower area

Room quiet spacious, but view from window was disappointed.

Lights less bright.Window views not interresting at all, can say: bad.This thing we didin’t like at all.

The buffet was nice, and the BBQ was good. Water dispensers were available in the corridor, but unfortunately, not on our floor at Tower 3.

After taking elevator to corridor where the dispensers are located, to my surprise its all empty. Probably a lot of thirsty guests.The traffic in the city was unbearable, it may be one of the topic for the trip stories.

Great stay, for everyone, esp parents with kids. The facilities are fantastic, weekend activities for kids are extra for this hotel. Impressive marketing strategy ??

the breakfast food was varied and good, I love the green ambiance of the hotel, you can feel the mountainous atmosphere.

the service was slow, I've waited for almost 3 hours just for my extra bed to come, also at the coffeeshop the service again so slow, no one greet me for 15 minutes, until finally a waiter come and take my order. we wanted to use the swimming pool, but it was too crowded, and some hotel guest swim without using any swimsuit (they just swimming with their regular cloths) and no hotel staff there to remind them.

I like the mirrors: at the kitchen sink, in the bedroom and in the toilet.The linen: pillow case, duvet, comforter, towel smell fresh and good. No stinky smell from kispray and detergent.The only setback is, too crowded at breakfast buffet. Maybe more tables and space must be added.

The apartment was ok, it has 2 nice bedrooms and spacious living room. But the view from balcony was less nicer, i was expecting

Friendly staff, very good vibe, relaxation.

Although the hotel vibe was vey nice, my room was not comfortable. It was close to a busy street. In addition, some loud maintenance work started in morning. Therefore, I did not sleep well for a week. I asked the receptionist to change my room but I have been told that the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast was average except for Monday it was great. One more thing, the TV channels were analog not digital which is really weird. Something worth to mention is the hotel is obviously old and needs some renovations specifically the window glass it should be double glazed not single.

The breakfast offered satisfies everyone's palate. The jogging track will keep you in good health in your holiday. We observed the families had fun with the swimming pools and kid's area. We love the coffee and cake at Illy's. We also enjoyed playing the 'table top football' and feeding the koi fishes. The gazeebo and the river viewing deck are best for pictures. The best of all, the hotel is well decorated with colorful butterfly orchids and also some decorations for the holiday.

All good: reception, room, facilities, staffs with full of smiles. Peak season in a long weekend but all staffs still helpful and keep greeting.

I had a twin bed room despite already booked for a queen bed. However, problem solved by making 2 beds to one. Fine, it was understood due to fully booked during long w'end

Kids friendly, there are so many activities for kids.

Breakfast is many variants both for indonesian and westeren, but the taste is standart

Breakfast was good as usual. Room quite clean, beddings n towels quite clean. Staff always nice and provide good services.

Toilet sometimes smell pee very strong, I guess from the toilet drain hole from room next door. Toilet cleanliness need more attention.Room on lobby level was too noisy too many guests passed by even after midnight.

It was my second time stay at Aston. The view and weather of this resort is great. All hotel staffs is friendly and they do quick action as well at the time we need something such as additional towel, more tea, sugar and shower cap.

Since my stay is long weekend so the property is quite crowd. I have to wait around 30 minutes before the room is ready to be used. Maybe the staff did make up room in a hurry so some complimentary wasn't complete such as lack of shower cap, tea, sugar, slipper.

Just a small leakage in bed-lamp

wide hallways, variety of pools to use, the breakfast buffet and new years eve dinner was excellent

some areas needed more regular cleaning such as the kids club room, the bathroom and underneath the bed needed thourough cleaning. there were still left over dust under the bed of the master bedroom when we entered the room.check in time should be ready by 2:00 pm

The scenery, facilities (kids playground, swimming pool), and breakfast were superb.

The gym was really small and there were no sufficient equipment to be used

staff was courteous and the hotel was clean, The location is beautiful. you can see mountains and all that nature has to offer. there is a river flowing within the resort. old property but nice and clean. there was some challenge with food order which F&B manager took care of well.
