Hotel Santika Bogor

Wide room

Breakfast ( limited choices 4 Arabic guest)

Parking was easyStaff was incredibly professionalRoom spacious, good showr pressureExcellent location the bogor botanical garden and endless food choices

A tiny bit old but not a deal breakerPool area a little small but not a deal breaker

We got a free upgrade to the suite as we arrived very late. Staff was nice and love the access to the mall.

There was a smell coming coming from outside to the hallways of the hotel near the lifts. Perhaps they need to block air coming from outside.

ok

1. no aircon in pubic area, too hot, this cost saving may be expected at periods of low occupancy but not when the hotel is fully booked.2. the lifts are slow and passenger capacity is very limited3. very limited tv channels offered

we love the location in the central part of Bogor, and easily accessed from some city icons. Its attachment to a big mall makes it easy to get some food, groceries and everything. The staff is nice and helpful.

nothing so far.

We enjoy our stay in the suite room very spacious and clean.Breakfast was superb with a lot of varieties.Location ????Staff all are excellent ??

The Spa experienced could have been betterThe masseuse not match our standard

The included buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was run down. There was no iron and ironing board in the room

Clean rooms, nice breakfast spreads, great locations to shop and find local foodies. Helpful and friendly staffs.

The room is not brightly lit.. I'm not complaining much but as you age like a fine wine, we need more light to see around..? , the tv/remote intermittently off and on ..yes we call for hotel help, it was done, but the next day the tv couldn't be on back ?.

Actually just the proximity to a mall

The standards are above the images and the stars announced. Room wasn’t available until 5pm, cleaned in rush… the air conditioning is old and it leaks, rooms aren’t sound proof… terrible experience. You can find better and cheaper.

Spacious room, fast wifi, breakfast buffet - plenty options. Will stay there again

connected to mall, freezing ac

breakfast selection, salty taste

The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. The direct connection to the mall is also good, though there are now much better shopping mall in Bogor. It's proximity to the botanical garden and town centre is also a plus point.

The provided breakfast is very nice, but we had it better in our previous stay at this hotel a few years ago. Now some of the audience ruins the experience by making a lot of noise while others want to enjoy their quiet breakfast. Please bear in mind, this is outside the staff control, but the hotel management can do better by urging their customers to be more considerate to others. The interior of the room also needs revamping. The room is spacious, but they can appear aging and tired, especially the bathroom. There are only 2 lifts, and their capacity is too limited. being only a maximum of 600Kg Max. A few times the "too heavy" alarm went off, leaving some people embarrassed.

Hotel is next to the mall and mosque is nearby. Breakfast spread is good.

Lift is a bit small and broke down for a shortwhile

Value of money, the location, helpful staff.

The chairs make a lot of noise when people slide them. Please do something with the legs of the chair.

good bfast and good strategic location

The lift is too small

We enjoyed our stay at Santika. It is our favorite hotel in Bogor. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a food-court at the top floor with plenty restaurants / places to eat. The botanical gardens are within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast which is great with a broad selection of Asian and European food. The pool is nice. Rooms are comfortable, good beds and AC is working well.

Waiting time and capacity of the elevator's specially during breakfast hours. They are a bit small with limited capacity for hotel of this category.

The hotel attached to the mall and near to botanical garden , kfc and bus station which is convenient from the airport cgk with Damri bus.

The bed near to shower so you can hear loud sound how the shower ran. The reception act little bit cold ,not friendly! You have to start the conversation first instead the other way around!!!! Maybe just Indonesian management style!

Hotel is next to a shopping centre with many food stalls and resturaurants.

There were some issues with the TV. The TV cannot be switched on with the remote. Had to call the technician to fix it on 2 occasions.

Location - mall and mosque nearStaff friendly

Location on the centre city. Spacious room.

Very old and rusty room.Breakfast has no enough options.
