Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel

The staff were top notch. They did many things for us. The chef made a different type of gluten free bread for me everyday, then sent me away with some. I didn’t expect that. They gave us lovely surprises in our room made special by the chef. The bikes we rented were excellent, the pool was very nice and the adventure park was a nice walk over the suspension bridge. We would highly recommend this place. A well run gem!

Sometimes the key didn’t work.

Location, parking lot

Minimum toilet amenities... Only towel and floor towel,, no hand towels

Well maintained and clean, excellent choice in breakfast buffet. Plenty of adventure activities available

Food, location, and facilities

Parking slot is limited

Overall love this place, Only for outbound games, maybe the staff and also the playing facilities could be improved...we stay 4D3N, but until we checked out the children didn't play outbound, only atv. we wanted to play high rope and flying fox, many people were interested in queuing but at 1300 they said wanna take a break, the staff should take turns looking after and also maintaining the ATV. Only 1 vehicle operates while our large family wants to play together...

the cleanest

requested for late check out and granted till 1 pm but next day i was called i have to check out by 12

Nice secluded hotel, staff was great, areas are clean and tidy.

Noise coming from neighborhood late at night and early hours of the morning.

the ambience good, the staff very polite & helpful, the breakfast very good & various.. overall is good and pleasant.

the information between the front desk and the staff sometimes not tally, please make more coordination regards to the informations.

Breakfast, kids swimming pool,

Toilet, can't sleep from mosquito, refrigerator is not cold, the hotel and room photos in the booking website are unrealistic. Not deserve 4 stars, assessment of the hotel is not more than 2 stars.

The location is great, not crowded as puncak and near from exit toll. The lido suite is spacious.

Wifi is not stable and the pool is not warm water

Good activities available - obstacle courses, deer park, archery.

Room - a bit outdated.

location, weather, the pool, ease to communicate. Got complimentary due to late check in.

cleanliness can be upgraded, room facility also (no hand towel), my room have this old kettle that is not clean but the other room had newer one. Think the hotel staff was overwhelmed due to high flow of check in and guest coming in the weekend. The refrigerator can also be a little more clean.

its comfort and spacious. Has outbound activities for kiddos. the suspension bridge is awesome

the room lightning need to improve. traveller with kiddos need brighter room light.

All staffs including security are polite & friendly.Best value for money.Hotel building is well maintained, environment is fresh, great location (easy to reach from toll road).

Towell seems too old.Parking area is small compare with hotel capacity.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a lot of space. We got a room with pool access, and it was completely worth the upgrade. The pool was clean, big and accommodates people of various swimming skills. There are a lot of things to do in the resort: playground, pool, two hanging bridges, outdoor obstacle course, paintball, archery. They also had a bicycle and golf cart for rent which was worth it as the whole property was very wide and nice to explore. The location was also easy to find, just 5 minutes from the toll road.

All was good, though maybe the bathroom can be upgraded

I like the scenery, breakfast, pool and facilities are top notch

Small bathroom for deluxe pool access, clogged drain, limited electrical outlet, outdated and dirty fridge, stained chairs and blanket, bad wifi coverage

Thank you for the service provided by Lido Lake resort hotel which made me enjoyable and comfortable during my stay I
