Lovely setting with good food and staff

The breakfast was wonderful. The foods in restaurant are tasty. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner in the hotel.

The water at swimming pool a bit claudy. It seems it needs more circulation and cleaning.

room is big and comfortable; plenty of activities for kids and family

Close to the golf course was good.

No air-conditioning in the room. Musty smell. Needs to be refurbished.

Room was clean. This is as expected.

Breakfast was a disaster. Food stations low on food. Tables not bussed or cleaned, no coffee or tea available. No utensils easily available. Very understaffed.

Need more responsive on serving the call from the room. We asked the TV remote to be replaced. But, it never came

The pool is amazing, very long and cleaned every day. For those who like long pools, will be very entertained because the length of the pool is more than 50m. The room is also quite spacious and clean. The balcony is also convenient for enjoying the mountain and hotel views. The variety of food is quite a lot.

This hotel is located within a complex and a golf course, so it's very convenient to walk around the hotel, but I couldn't find a place to hang out within walking distance. All needs can be met from this hotel so you don't really need to look outside, but if you want to look for something else, you need more effort.

the staffs are not friendly, I was here 2 years ago and still no change , starting from the staffs at loading area , restaurants and all housekeeping , need to be trained for service education with smile and helpful

I stayed at the house I rent out under the name of R Hotel Rancamaya. The location is perfect for the family staycation. Quiet good for walking around the town and enjoying the atmosphere.

I choosed the whole house because we wanted to cook for kids. Before I booked for the property that we stayed, there were information regarding the facilities and amenties and even activities. But when we checked in, the induction didn't work, there were no knives, pot, and fans for cooking. I paid 4.5million rupiah for one night but not meet my expectation at all. Furthermore, even though I paid at the check in counter in R hotel, the hotel didn't allow us to utilize all the facilities in hotel for example, swimming pool, sauna etc.

1.The coffee at breakfast was instant coffee, not the one from coffee machine. 2. The access from parking lot to lobby or vice versa when it's raining is quite troublesome, suggest to provide parcar/boogie car as shuttle for all guests to go to parking lot and vice versa especially when it's raining.3. Amenities in the room are so basic, no hand&body lotion, no comb, the towel is so thin.

The rooms facilities are not well maintained. The room was not so cleaned. The bed was not comfortable.

Excellent activities for children. The rooms are very spacey, clean & comfortable. Very good food & excellent breakfast. The vast open space of greenery.

Nothing to mention. Loved everything.

The view

The swimming pool was dirty with kind of brown floating molds everywhere, not safe for toddler. We had to finish much earlier. Decided to go to the kid's swimming pool, looks better but lots of leaves.

We didnt know that Townhouse is 2km away from the hotel. Its far away.The pool water is cloudy and super duper cold. They should invest on heater, or get left behind by other hotels.The female jacuzzi is broken, and look old and gloomy.

Stay

The swimming pool looked unclean and unclear so none of us dared to swim during our stay: 17-19 apr 2022The room balcony was flooded due to previous nite heavy rain and water stayed floating till the time we checked out the following day. Date of stay: 26-28 apr 2022
