Novotel Bogor Golf Resort And Convention Center

The hotel is very beautiful! The staff was friendly and the grounds were amazing! I felt like I was in Bali!

The pool is wonderful. The facility is complete. Kids really have fun. All staff very helpfull and friendly

The room is to old, need some renovation in some parts

The place is spacious with a strong nature theme. It is a good short escape for those who want to experience the cold and calming atmosphere.They have a free of charge service photo shoot session with free 1 photo that can be printed, which is good for creating memories and activities with your loved ones.

I think because they have quite large facilities, it might be challenging for them to maintain those. Many facilities and furniture seem outdated, like the fitness center, our sink in the room washtafel, and even the peephole looks rusty. Moreover, as they have an openspace concept, sometimes when it gets windy or rainy, the leaves might get into the hotel pathway.

they upgrade my reservation to the balcony room, but the room is old fashioned. The flush of the toilet is very noisy, needs extra time to clean the toilet, the wastafel output did not come well, manually pull the output. the air conditioner remote control also not working, the electricity of the room also did not automatically turn off if you pull out the card from the wall.

Great for a family or couple huge facility, great breakfast lovely gardens. Rooms clean and roomy.

It’s an oldie but goodie resort hotel with amazing greeneries surrounding the property.You can definitely tell it’s not a new property, but the hotel did a good job in maintenance so everything works perfectly (aircon, hot water, internet, etc.)Staff members are super friendly and helpful.Breakfast is amazing as usual.We stayed at the hotel to watch a show in nearby SICC so we had some difficulties getting back to the hotel using googlemaps because of some road closures after midnight.(probably good to give more detailed instructions on google maps?)

Swimming pool is too small for a resort this size with such large number of guests.When it’s crowded with kids, it’s difficult for adults to find a spot to chill and relax.

The vibe of the lobby was nice, making you feel like you were truly in a great resort. However, as you ventured further in, it became clear that the initial impression was just for show, as maintenance throughout the property was lacking. The staff, though, were nice and helpful, and I felt bad that they had to work in such a poorly managed hotel.

The goal of my stay was to enjoy a golf resort, but it turned out to be the biggest accommodation nightmare I’ve ever had. We chose a room with a bathtub because it looked so nice in the pictures, but it was worse than a 200k old villa near Puncak, to be honest. The room was dirty and smelly!!! That combination made me couldn’t sleep at all. It was totally not worth the price of almost 1.3 million per night! Even the gym smelled like a rat haven — super disgusting!When I complained, they moved us to another room, which was newer but smaller and still far below 5-star standards. I called the front desk to help arrange a golf session since it’s called the Novotel Golf Resort, but they said they couldn’t as the golf course is next door, and they have no connection to manage sessions. It’s laughable for a hotel with such a big name.I chose this hotel because I trusted the Accor network, but this was by far the worst STAY of my life!

The room had an old-fashioned style; some interior updates are needed, as well as improvements to the hallway.

We loved our spacious room and its cleanness; fantastic Nature; Facilities; Services; Staff.

We couldn’t use the swimming pool as it was colonised only by kids. It was impossible to swim, enjoy it or relax anywhere close to it.

The staff always welcome you with a very nice smile and always ready to accommodate our needs. The facility is very good, excellent place for families and kids.

This time the buffet breakfast and dinner was too much Indonesian, there were not much western food and it was very difficult my guests from Türkiye to accommodate and eat ? and also almost every food had pepper in in so my kids could not enjoy much also, maybe this can be considered by the hotel management as a positive feedback to improve their services

The room and the bathtub, the atmosphere, the quietness, the cleanliness.

I know the room that I stayed is a bit mature and the furniture is a bit worn out. But that's okay. The experience is still good. It would be much better if there are a pair of small towel accompanying the bigger ones.

The price for dinner in buffet too pricey with the one served. And the variety of the food too little with that price. The satay is burn but the meat in undercooked.The kuah of the suki too much royco/msg taste!!The cake taste too sweet. When i joined my kid to cooking class.. i found the lumpia skin got mold in it.. and when i asked for the change i found out in all 1 plastic bag all the skin mostly has mold inside the skin and still why did they give the kids mouldy s food to eat especialy to the kids.!! Luckily i found my skin got mould in it and i didnt give my kid to eat the lumpia.We stayed here for join our friend wedding but the food in wedding hall in balai pertemuan much better than the food hotel.. especially for 5 star hotel.
