Mangrove Hotel

Staff and service were excellent, especially the staff on the front desk

Unable to adjust our temperature control on our aircon and it was a bit uncomfortable. Remote would not allow us to change it upstairs but our family staying downstairs had wall controls and their rooms were lovely and cool.

Breakfast was amazing, the service was good and food delicious, large servings.

One bottle of water left in the fridge for each person with no information in regard to the quality of the tap water. Ended up getting bottles of water from the restaurant fridge. Often no fresh towels next to the pool. More shade needed at both ends of pool.

Breakfast was very nice and Jonny Sausage is an excellent restaurant

The layout of the hotel feels like a motel. Doesn't jive with the room rate I was paying

HOTEL was very dated and needs a lot of work.in the room furniture was chipped, the paint was chipped, doors were hanging off and only attached to one runner at the top so it was dangerous and unsafe when sliding the doors, curtains were crinkled and gray, there was blood on the ruffles of the bed. Would not pay this price for a hotel in Sydney let alone Broome!The pathways were uneven and made it very difficult for people with any sort of disability walking around or being pushed in a wheelchair. Quite frankly I don’t know how they can get away with it regarding occupational health and safety . it certainly needs a good shake up to come up to any decent standard as it was just like staying at a very ordinary motel.

Location near town, view, restaurant pool area. Staff were excellent!

On arrival was welcomed by staff. I extended my stay for 1 night & staff were able to make this stress free for me.Thank you to all the staff who made my stay ❤️ exceptional .

We enjoyed breakfast. There was a good variety. Portion sizes are very generous so we downsized those on morning #2 Also really good coffee!

Grounds, large rooms

Food was poor, food choice limited. Dated and tired looking.

Beautiful views from 710 and was very quiet. The room was spacious and light and the bed very comfortable. Walking distance to town or a short scooter ride to Cable Beach.

Fabulous sunrise views. Great food and friendly staff. Brid watching from the outdoor dining area over the Mangroves was excellent. Pool garden surrounds provided privacy and were the perfect size (not too big yet not too small) to relax by and cool down.

Pools are bit small and can get easily crowded. Had to bring my own cocktails to the table at the great bar that they have

Secure parking would be an added bonus due to the locals "window shopping my vehicle"

Location, food and cocktails were delicious. The view of the beach was lovely.

Both pools weren’t very well maintained. There were lots of big bugs in the pools each day which made our swims less relaxing. However, we were staying in the wet season and it wasn’t very busy so assuming there likely less staff available to do general maintenance.

Great location, rooms were clean and pool was nice.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an amazing room and a great view of the swimming pool, sea and sunsets.
