    • location
    • Cichetti Club restaurant was excellent. Due to the limited facilities at the resort found the best breakfast and coffee location at Zookeepers about a 5-minute walk outside the Resort
    • The hotel in the wet season is my fav place to be, nice and quiet.

    Cons -

    • The air conditioner was broken and kept turning off at night. I also had prawns at the Bar & Grill and ended up with fodo poisoning.
    • Most of the resort facilities Sunset Grill and breakfast buffet breakfast were in hibernation (not open) during our stay and we had breakfast at Cichetti Club on the 13 Feb but it closed for good for breakfast thereafter, very strange.
    • People smoking with it coming into our room. Kids (other pool not available)Felt like all guests were put close togetherOur shower was broken

The friendliness and service from the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a delight to deal with.

The rooms are getting a little bit old and tired and could do with a bit of a facelift, especially the bathrooms and public toilets.

Everything was perfection - from the airport shuttle, the location being right across from cable beach, to the lovely facilities of the resort. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Complementary refill water/ice stations and guest laundry’s scattered right across the resort was an added bonus in such a humid place. There was also easy access to town via the local bus which runs on the hour every day.

The only downfall was how expensive the food was - at the resort and all around cable beach.

    Adult pool

Renovations were underway and we got no discount which was not fair

A very relaxing stay. Garden views of the lotus pond was stunning, rm 271 dragon flower wing. Highly recommend this wing. Kimberly Pool a real treat. Food delicious, plenty of choices. Gift shop excellent too. Airport shuttle prompt and efficient. Staff very friendly and professional.

Access to beach limited due to City of Broome beach development but only a minor issue

The staff provided exceptional service, accommodating our request for a late checkout due to a flight cancellation. Kichi Kichi and Luna Bar offered a delightful culinary experience.

There is very little to criticize; however, the wine list may be somewhat overpriced.

    Everything was amazing

    10JeremyPosted on: 10-22-2025

The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and palm-lined paths that give a sense of peace and privacy.I loved the iconic pool area, perfect for relaxing with a drink and watching the sunset, and the direct access to Cable Beach makes morning or evening walks absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, capturing the relaxed Broome style while still feeling luxurious. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and great local knowledge. Dining at the resort was another highlight — especially the sunset views from the bar and the fresh, local produce used in every meal. What really stood out was the sense of calm and quality throughout the property — everything from the landscaping to the service feels five-star without being pretentious. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and connection to Broome’s coastal charm.

    Nothing to dislike

    8NicholasPosted on: 10-21-2025

Loved the pool and the staff around the pool. Room service was very good.

The beef shirt rib pasta in the fine dining restaurant was inedible, not a great experience

    10JillianPosted on: 10-19-2025

Absolute luxury in a calming environment. The rooms are beautiful, as are the grounds and the pools. Easy access to Cable Beach with the most stunning sunsets. Food and drinks were also fantastic.

    9MargaretPosted on: 10-17-2025

    Location, amenities around the resort.

Restaurant not enough choices for an evening meal and overpriced, breakfast was diabolical and cold, coffee undrinkable tasted like ash, breakfast staff walked around like zombies and did not interact, we ended up eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

    Friendly staff, nice pool

Rooms are tired and need an upgrade
