Oaks Cable Beach Resort

Even though it was packed with visitors it was quiet and relaxing. Rooms very nice. Facilities great.

The only complaint we had was we went to dinner at the hotel. They did not have enough staff. Two girls were expected to serve drinks, make cocktails, take orders for food and waitress. We waited almost an hour for our food. T

Loved the large pool and surrounds.

Would have been nice to have resturaunt open but can understand during wet season it is very quiet.

RStaff were very helpful, rooms were a great size, very clean with more than one pool option on the grounds, walking distance to restaurants and Cable Beach, easy bus access to town

The studio was amazing we loved the ammenities, the view and rhe staff were really accomodating

We couldn’t go swimming on one of the best weekends. They should advertise on their site and the booking apps that they are doing maintenance on the pool so we can book another time

Our air conditioning unit in the lounge room was not working. The staff told us nobody could come until Monday to fix it. We were checking out Monday. Given that we had paid good money for our unit and expected the air con to be operational during this very hot time of the year I felt this was a cop out. Any good resort should have people on standby to fix items of importance like this. It was a shame as everything else was great.

Pools are great. Rooms are comfy. Location is not too bad.

Each individual unit should have a designated parking space. staff are not really helpful. Low seasoning restaurant is not open

Great location, the room was great for a family with everything you need to cook and washing machine to clean your clothes if staying for a long period of time. The pools was awesome with 4 different pools to choose from.

Nothing this place is great, the staff was great when we arrived and we went back in the day before we was meant to leave to book one more night.

The resort has a very relaxing feel - the room we where in was a good size

Nice big swimming pools, rooms were clean and the air con was excellent.

Restaurant was closed, but we will be back in season.

Location was great, large balcony & full kitchenette which is rare for resorts.

Room was quite dirty, mould from the AC indoor unit sprayed onto the bed when we turned it on. Unit was so full of mould it barely pushed any air through stopping the apartment from being able to cool down properly. Also found plates & bowls in the kitchen were dirty and had to be cleaned again thoroughly prior to use.

Was ina great spot close to lots. Pool was stunning

They currently have no Brekky or restaurant available when booking they should state that on website or I probably wouldn’t have booked here. Cleaners come in to make beds in morning but don’t replace things like more toilet paper or take rubbish out when it was full. Just small things

Specious rooms, very clean and well presented.

The restaurant was closed for low season until 1st April 26 which was not stated when we made the booking.

Excellent Location, walking distance to Bars and Restuarants. Relaxing time, our room was great, pools fantastic.

Pool was lovely room was better than i thought the beds was lovely I would stay for another weekend or for holiday

Not much everything was lovely

The room was large and clean.

Our room didn’t get cleaned till late afternoon, and we would be resting in bed after a big morning sightseeing. So we said don’t worry about making the bed we will just have some clean towels and more tea, coffee and sugar.You definitely need a car to get about when staying here.

we had an issue with something in our room and the manager dealt with it in a fast and complimentry way

the issue with our room was annoying but these things happen, other than that it was great
