Privacy room was everything we wanted

Liked the Gardens and surrounds very comfortable and quiet the pool was very nice & relaxing

Didn't like the huge blind in the room,I preferred it had curtains as you had to pull the chain to open and shut,never the less the room was beautiful with cooking facilities

Our family loves Billi's a lot. The location and surroundings are superb. The Billi's gives you that tropical vacation feeling.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom house, which wasn’t as magical as staying in the tent. It was quite average and there were some issues as well. We found a dead cockroach between the sofa cushions. And don’t get me wrong — I understand it’s the season and that insects can come in anyway. But the fact that it was dead suggests it had been there for quite some time. When we moved the pillows, we also noticed it wasn’t properly cleaned.The TV remote wasn’t working, and the salt and pepper grinder was not functioning either. Lots of small details that really shouldn’t be an issue when you pay $820 for two nights.

The gardens and furnished tents look awesome are very tidy. The whole place feels very relaxing. Nice pool to relax and cool down at aswell.

Poolside was the highlight for me; perfect temperature and super clean with lilo hammocks. On arrival I was given a complimentary room upgrade, the property's Suzuki Jimny hire was a comfortable ride for getting supplies and free bikes for exploring. Peaceful, lush greenery, frangipanis and rowdy frogs was the digital detox and reset I needed.

Wish I'd known earlier that UberEats delivered Coles; I know for next time.

The place was set in beautiful and very well maintained gardens that were tended to daily by friendly staff. The pool and equipment was clean and well cared for, the amenities were all thought of and plenty of privacy. We loved the accommodation and felt at home every day. They have thought of everything from spare bbq gas bottles to lawn games, pool towels to dish cloths. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back! They also provided a complimentary bottle of bubbles for my wife’s birthday. Our little one didn’t want to leave!

The resort was very well maintained, and immaculate, noting Santi was very busy tending to gardens that resembled a beautiful rainforest. All the units were separated by lush vegetation, giving you a sense of seclusion and privacy. The air conditioning in the tent was amazing, and the bonus was the private deck out the front of each unit. They also had a kichenette, providing an alternative to regular dining out.Stephanie was also caring and professional with her willingness to help, and provide any additional assistance required. The resort provided free use of well maintained bikes (6 utility bikes with baskets, and 4 mountain bikes with helmets and lockable chains) which was fantastic, as we used them to ride into town, to the local gym, restaurants, and to the beach. Also a local bus stop, with a regular bus was a bonus, with no need to hire car, i.e. walk, bike or catch the bus.

Resort was well maintained and staff extremely friendly. Complimentary bikes made it easy to get to and from beach. Pool area always tidy.

Amazing!!!!! Such a pretty resort and the room was fantastic. It was a little far from the centre of Broome but they have free bikes for guests to use which was fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay. It was also quiet at night which we loved.Washing facilities were free and there was an outdoor shower which we could use as we arrived early! They handed us towels and we could sit by the pool until our room was ready (it was ready earlier than expected, amazing).When our taxi didn’t show up the lovely receptionist brought us to the restaurant in her own car. We also got some free Champagne whilst we were celebrating a birthday. Overall: 10/10

This boutique resort delivers clean, comfortable self-contained bungalows surrounded by lush gardens and has a very inviting pool for guests. It's quiet. A complimentary guest laundry and usage of bikes are very convenient,too.

All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Garden was lush and well maintained and the pool and grounds and rooms were immaculately clean. The laundry with complimentary washing detergent was a bonus. We enjoyed the availability of the bikes to get around locally along with the Billi car rental which was very reasonable. Our glamping style tent was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower, bath and separate kitchen. And it was very private and quiet waking up to the birds in the morning was a delight.

A luxurious oasis tucked away in a quiet spot of Broome. Excellent pool & superb lush gardens on the whole property. Very quiet & relaxing. Staff were extremely accommodating on all fronts.

For our purposes nothing could have been better.

Having stayed at multiple other resorts in Broome/Cable Beach, The Billi Resort is by far the most modern, relaxing and peaceful. We loved our two bedroom villa, with the sound of running water from the nearby pool and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The Villa is well designed with both indoor and outdoor spaces. A week here was really not long enough. We will be back.

Steff the girl at reception was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, helpful and professional. She even made dinner reservations for me as I was struggling to do so. She made our stay stress free.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could only stay 1 night. Ohh and the studio didn't have a bath.
