Bali Hai Resort & Spa

This place is just fantastic, the room was amazing, the staff were wonderful, the pool was great, we can't wait to go back! It's close to everything, the beach and resturants, we can't recommand this place enough.

Room was great, spacious. Restaurant I heard is amazing but due to quiet season it was closed Monday and Tuesday.

Pool was nice, just ageing.

Nothing I didn’t like

Very clean and spacious rooms but no breakfast. Cable beach just down the road.

Restaurant open until 5pm on Sundays and closed on Monday and Tuesday. Apart from the beach nothing else in the vicinity so you need transport which can be hired at the airport.

No room service/changing of linen or towels all week. With lots of sunscreen/beach trips it was starting to get pretty sandy by the end of the stay

The staff at Bali Hai are always fantastic - so friendly and helpful! This was our third stay here and we will keep coming back - the villas are great, the pool is lovely, and the restaurant and walkable location can't be beat for a chilled out holiday! Great when travelling with kids, too - cook some meals yourself in your private patio BBQ to save some $$$.

Our bed was way too soft for our liking, but the kids liked their beds so this isn't really a complaint! Each to their own!I'd have liked the room configuration to be swapped around - our bed was right in the main living area downstairs while the kids were tucked away upstairs...we'd have preferred the privacy upstairs and the kids sleeping downstairs. Maybe something for Bali Hai to consider for their family villas :)

Very nice room with all needed equipment and a great BBQ. It's in walking distance to Cable beach.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Tranquil setting with the gardens and pool area beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The whole property has a relaxing feel. Would definitely stay again. In fact, this was our second stay.

Pillow wasn't the best. The rooms are a little dated but lovely and clean. Expensive, but most places in Broome are on the pricey side.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.

The rooms could have used a table and chairs. The pool was closed for cleaning at an inconvenient time.

Comfortable bed, staff level of service and friendliness was exceptional, room very well appointed and clean. Care had been taken with the housekeeping which was appreciated.

The layout of the outdoor bathroom & toilet was a bit odd, as it was directly adjacent to shared paths.

Large comfy room, loved the outdoor shower. Good location near cable beach & bus stop outside to get into town.

Stylish resort. Staff were very helpful, even bringing forgotten items to the airport. The beach is lovely and a short walk away.

Being the end of season, the restaurant had limited opening, but there’s a cafe and bar/restaurant nearby. Too far to walk to town centre.

Quiet, relaxing, proximity to cafes etc . Restaurant had great food.

Uncomfortable couch, not enough food/drink available eg. breakfast, snack/drink machine.

Location and style of accommodation

No Breakfast and they wanted to charge me for a small amount of ice after paying $500 at the restaurant

Location was great, we had a car and booked pickup tours.

No roof over the bathroom as very hot and if it rain would have been wet.
