Reception,, was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and welcoming.

The musty odour of the apartment. Lack of natural light and ventilation in bathroom.

It was very clean, and I love how we didn't have to connect to the TV to watch movies with our hotspot.

The only thing was the leaking air-conditioning in the lounge. I reported it the next day only because I noticed it after hours.

Friendly helpful staff great pool & Bbq area

The apartment was very clean. The apartment was spacious with two air conditioners in it, and a open air balcony. The resort pool was clean every morning I swam in it.

We got to the resort after 7.00 - 7.30 by the time we got to the resort. We had to then , phone someone, get our key out of the safe, then with instructions find our apartment, in the dark,the Mosquitos were hungry,and this was our first time in Broome

Location and pool were excellent

The room was dirty. Cockroaches x 4 during our 2 night stay. Odour in the bathrooms. Everything looked tired and needs a coat of paint.

Location, staff and resort facilities such as pool and BBQs were excellent. Playground on premises is nice. Apartment was great, lots of space and had everything we needed to be self contained.

Shower/bath switch was broken so bath had to be filled up using the shower head. Wifi is terrible, please get Starlink and upgrade the Unifi Access points because the NBN and 10 year old Unifi APs wasn't good at all.

Warm friendly staff, close to Cable beach, great pool, comfortable furnishing with a well equipped kitchen.

In room movie catalog did not work Multiple apartment break-ins while there (not us). Been visiting Broome >10y; never experienced this issue. Seems like a problem for many resorts.

Our property was spacious, clean and well equipped.

The location is perfect when travelling with small children with Cable Beach, restaurants and crazy golf all well within walking distance even in the Broome heat.

Good location, close to the beach.

That there is no Bar/Restaurant facilitities at the location nor the pool area.

Room was so peaceful and comfortable, with a lovely balcony looking onto greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful with local transport numbers. Close to several good eating options. (Hourly) bus to town and shops on street bus stop at front of property.

Everything was wonderful! Pool was great, staff were lovely! Beds were super comfy! Location was also perfect!

The smell of bleach when we first arrived was a bit pungent and there were no scissors in the drawers.

Loved the whole facility, look and feel was beautiful, the staff lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and fully catered to our needs.

Kitchen could have more pans as you can’t fit 2 available on the stovetop. At the pool, parents should be advised in person about the rules as most didn’t follow the rules, there were kinds diving and jumping , having big inflatable toys, etc.

The apartment was very spacious with a nice balcony. The pool was inviting and the grounds are lush, tropical and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful

The apartment met all our needs - spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom and kitchen could probably do with a bit of an upgrade in a coupe of years.

Room smelled old & musty which wasn't nice. Top crockery drawer wouldn't open & close properly.

Fantastic location

No security into property. Needs better security like a scan card or key card to get in after hours. Just opening a pool lock fence isn’t a deterrent for thieves

Lovely pool area, awesome for families and nice and close to Cable Beach

This is our third stay over the years and property definitely needs a refurbishment in particular the rooms
