Beautiful modern design room with a very large bathroom and great out look.

Only had one night. Will be back

Beautiful resort. Food was delicious and staff were so nice.

The only thing is that the cleaning products smelt very chemical like when walking in the room.

We loved how nice all the staff were, we had lovely interactions everyday with the breakfast staff, reception and the gardeners. The place is so beautiful and well maintained, we loved all the natural beauty and gardens with all the birds. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the pillows were amazing!

We did wish there were a few more filling options on the lunch menu. And due to wet season the cost was still pretty high for the accommodation.

Very clean, food is fantastic and the poolside service separates it from the rest. Favourite place to stay! Staff are accomodating and wonderful.

Location of room to pool. Facilities were good. Nice big bathroom. Parking was handy.

Some areas were looking a bit tired. Would have liked more food options but understand that we visited during wet season so perhaps more is available in busy times.

The property is a small hotel with a restaurant and pool. The rooms are a great size, with a nice tropical view. I visited in off season, so it was very quiet and calm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Suituated in a great queit location,beautiful resort and gardens and boutique accommodation,very spacious rooms,and very comfortable bed and pillows.Walking distance to Divers Tarvern and Cable Beach.The Staff are very freindly and the service is exceptional,and having Pool service is something I have'nt experenice for a while.The restaurant serves some amazing dishes,oh and the chairs are so comfortable having cushions,great atmosphere as well,meet the owner and gave her some feedback,what a wonderful lady,higly recommend the Pinctada Hotel,its one of the best stays,I'll be back again,Thank You very much to all Staff.have a Great New Year.

What's not to like about this Hotel

The pool is lovely and the staff are super friendly. They have great knowledge of the area and can help with buses.

There isn’t much to do around the property and it is a very very hot time of the year. The resort itself is great but it’s more of a place to sit and relax by the pool. If you’re looking to go out and about this isn’t the place for you.

Bed was very nice and bathroom was great

Ceiling fan was filthy and has never been cleaned, outdoor area was the same. Bed was great, but the pillows were terrible, thin and hard. A coffee machine was advertised, but not there.

The ambience of the room was very good, and the location of the property was perfect for accessing all the main destinations in Broome. As we stayed on Christmas Day, the restaurant was closed and the bar was not open. However, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a courtyard suite, which was very nice. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay here.

Tiling in the pool needs to be redone. Bird or animal sounded like an alarm at 2pm.

Lovely rooms, super comfortable beds, huge bathroom, pool area really nice. Really good restaurant and service around the pool.

If I'm going to be picky, pool tiled wall needs a little of maintenance, otherwise loved everything!

Room was clean and spacious. Pool was lovely. Staff very helpful.

I wasn't impressed with the choices for meals, but I am a very fussy eater and like plain meals.

Location of the resort was great, walking distance to Spinifex Brewery, Divers Tavern, Cable beach.

Pool cleanliness lacking, broken sharp pool tiles lying around.Breakfast could some days take up to 45mins to come out, at one stage there was no one else in the restaurant and it still took this long. Daily cleaning of room wasn't great, basically just remade bed and that was it.
