Good location and value for money

Rooms need an update and thorough cleaning

Good location for Qantas museum. Lots of kangaroos milling around which was nice. Comfortable clean room and very friendly staff.

The pool is being replaced but they let me use the pool at a nearby motel. It was a very hot day and a swim was needed.

Good position - Good paths to CBD & Attractions. Clean, would appear to have been recently refurbished. Quiet even though reasonably close to the highway.

the larger comfortable chair in the corner, my wife enjoyed sitting in it at the end of the day

small freezer in a small frig meant I couldn't get all of our freezer blocks in it at the same time.

Good location 10-15 min walk to centre of town . Very close to airport and main attractions.. A little noisy some nights as close to highway. Convenient keypad entry. Nice walking track nearby. No reception staff onsite but very responsive and helpful when phoned.

No wardrobe -only a few hooks for having clothes but was ok for us.Perplexed why bathroom sink and soap holder shelf in shower were extremely high! No privacy in daytime when blockout blind in main room raised. A day/night blind would be better.

Was comfortable and clean.

Was hard to find my room, however a quick call sorted this.

Once again, I've stayed overnight ( fourth stay ). I find the location convenient, even though it's not in the centre of town, it's close enough. The rooms are very comfortable. check-in by text message, coded room entry.

Aircon barely worked. Whole place looked like nobody was staying there yet we got the room with no shaded parking. Beds were uncomfortable, sheets were itchy

Self check in easy once room was located.

Pool was dirty. No on site staff. Had to phone them because couldn’t find the room.

Staff were very accomodating and able to relocate us without fuss.

Our room was unhygienic due to a bird, pool not family friendly due to hose and power cords of cleaning machine floating completely across the surface

Clean, comfortable bedding, hot shower with great water pressure, cold air conditioning, well equipped with cooking utensils.

The kitchenette was a jug & toaster on top of microwave.

Handy to the town and railway station

No reception onsite, had to enter room with a keypad code and phone up when things went wrong. Room had no wardrobe, just some clothes hooks. And no useful lay-off space for food prep.

The room was clean, tidy and the a/c worked well. I liked the rain shower head, instant hot water and the proximity to the town.

There was a banging noise above my roof all night kept me awake most of the night.

The laundry was dirty The door kept catching on the carpet when trying to close.The pool was disgusting and couldn't use it.Cleaners didn't come to late afternoon.Also there was no reception you had to call another hotel.
