It is in a nice quiet location

I was only there overnight as I was leaving very early the next morning on my way to Mount Isa, but the state of the room was fantastic, spacious and clean.The location was convenient to my needs and I felt very secure and comfortable.Very pleased with everything!I'd recommend staying there to anyone travelling through the region.

There was only one very minor thing, which was that the freezer compartment in the mini fridge was missing the door to the freezer compartment, BUT this was an actual advantage because it kept everything chilled so to my mind, that was actually a PLUS with the 40+ degree heat outside! So all in a all, it was actually a BONUS when packing the drinks back into the Esky for the remainder of my trip!

Location is good

There were no mosquitoes nets in any room. I got dozens of bites and didn't sleep well fighting mosquitoes. When I reported to reception, young lady pretended to be surprised and not knowing anything about the problem. My neighbors also complained about it. It's a clean and well organized place with coded entry, but such a small issue will prevent me from staying there again.

The location was good and the exterior grounds were nice. Parking was good.

We booked and paid for a deluxe king room and were placed in a run-down family room, with no explanation. The bed was just OK. Lighting needs attention. The bathroom although looking modern is a bad design flooding out as soon as you have a shower and there were no rails to put towels/clothes on. I had to shower with a camp light as the overhead shower area was very dark even with the bathroom light on. There was no garden view as advertised. The whole place felt very tired overall.

Open shower made the floor slippery and dangerous. Water went everywhere. Only a simple basin, no cupboards or ledges to put toiletries on.

Large complex of rooms. We arrived early and staff helped us access the room. Quiet area and large comfy bed. Covered parking for shade and protection from rain

Rooms were great. Clean, tidy and spacious.

It’s a great location. Close to the city and a great parking spot. Convenient location if you have a car.

Needs a pest control cleaning. There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere because it’s an old building.

Kids loved spending time in the Pool Was clean and quiet area to stay in.Microwave and tea making facilities and air-conditioning was super cold.

Pool area needs a revamp. Pool tiles starting to fall off. Would be great to have bar or restaurant for nibbles in the afternoon Shower area could use a glass panel or curtain to stop water going everywhere

The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was great

The pool and surrounds are nice and we were tempted to swim. The water did not look great, it seemed like the filtration system was not working or working well, so, no swim for us.

Rooms are large. Beds comfortable. Airconditioning.

Never saw anyone! All done thru email.If you don't have a car, it's 2kms out of town and that makes for a big hike in the heat!

Could not get hold of anyone at 9pm wen locked ourselves out of room. N code given so couldn't use that? Rang 21 times no answer. Had to ring police???Police could not get hold of anyone at any of the 3 motel locations? They were not impressed either. Poor management, next day not even a sorry?? Had to ask for codes, piss poor, will not recommend or return

This place was great! The check in/out process is honestly soo simple - made it soo easy to get access to our room. The pool area is large. Great place to stay! Undercover parking is also a bonus!

The room was large and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff member on was accommodating and met us at our room as the code was not working. It was easy to find and was pleasantly quiet.

The pools were out of order at both properties which was a little disheartening when travelling from Brisbane and being hot a sticky. Also, it was hard to feel the aircon as it is tucked away in the kitchen and takes a while to cool the room.

more plates and cutlery for a family of 5 . Stocked coffee, tea, sugar and 3 milks. Washing up liquid and chux clothe.

Not very welcoming, just do your thing and goodluck if its crappy. HOT HOT HOT :(

Should have read the reviews, hot!!! Tiny uncleaned aircon that did nothing. Felt sick from the heat all night, disappointing
