Clean, good meals, comfortable

I booked 4 rooms for a family wedding. The rooms were clean and tidy and easy to access. There was a daily cleaning service. We met with family outside of our stay at a different location for breakfast and lunch seems we had family staying at different locations across Dalby, so didn't experience breakfast here. The male receptionist was lovely and also ensured that we could have 2 beds in one of the Queen rooms at very short notice. Thank you so much :-)

I have not got anything negative to say. Overall we were all happy with our stay here.

Meals, rooms, pool

The location was perfect for us and within easy walking distance of the main town centre. Check-in was easy and efficient. Beds were comfortable and the twin room was roomy enough for our guests.

The room was clean and off street parking was available

We booked a room for 2 adults and a 7 year old child. The room had only a queen bed, despite our booking clearly stating 3 people. The room was advertised that our child could stay for free (the room pictured had a couch, which would have been an acceptable place to sleep the child) but when I pointed out to reception that the booking was for 3 people we were told the best they could do was offer an inflatable mattress for an extra $25. There was no couch. Our child slept on the floor on the folded up bedspread as a mattress.Carpet was torn in one place forming a trip hazard. One leg of the bed was broken.Proximity to freight train line meant we were woken at 2:30am by train horns.

Location was good within walking distance to the CBD. Room was good with comfy beds.

It was Good Friday and they had people working in the building. There was no covered car parking all out in the open.

A boutique style motel, clean & comfy

Comfortable firm bed. Quiet room. Good curtains. Ceiling fan and aircon.

Brown colour of towels. Spa not heated.

Very spacious family room. Clean and tidy with everything you need.

Pool and surrounds

No instructions on how to use Wifi and no information booklet about unit and town surrounds.

Stairs very steep, curtains didn’t meet , bathroom shower needed a lot of work

I liked it because the room was spacious and very clean the staff were amazing and polite and i will be coming back again for sure.

Very friendly owners, and apparently excellent cooking. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open on the day we came, but they hope to offer weekends in the future. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and everything provided, and the pool was gorgeous.

A pity the restaurant was not open at weekends.

the dispenser in the shower is coming off and needs action...there were a few insects hiding behind the dispenser...the caretaker was not able to address my initial problem of switching on the air con...he only said " well im sorry i cannot help you". He did try but it would have been helpful if he was able to come down and help but i guess that was not realistic as it looked like he was only oncall via phone..
