Pros +
- Easy check in, convenient, clean
- Loved the spa and the size of the accommodation.
- just what i needed, ,comfortable bed, immacculate room, great breakfast, friendly host, if i'm ever back that way ,i'm staying there.
Cons -
- Card to access room stopped working as I kept the card too close to my phone. Handy to know for future.
- I was going through car problems and other personal matters, which I told the woman at Reception and had checked in so I could rest. The same woman loudly knocked at the door at 9.59a.m the next morning, telling me to leave. I told her I wouldn't be leaving in 5 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me check out was 10 a.m., which I told her I was aware of. She was rude and made me quite upset. I loved the accommodation and enjoyed my stay but will not be staying again due to this incident.
- - Input three adults and a child into search, and it popped up with this hotel, therefore I book what i thought was a room for two adults, and a child. Especially excited for the large bathtub.- The reason for being in town was due to my grandfather's health rapidly declining, to which he has recently succumbed to.- The lady at the counter was disgusting and disrespectful, and when she attempted to call my phone and I was in the bathroom, she turned up at our door, stating we had not booked for all the people in there and the child was not allowed to be in the room. My son is only 2.- This woman began giving me a "pep" talk about how I should be calling her, rather then booking through the internet. This lady then went on to say she could book us into two other rooms, although there would be addition of $100 for each room, noting I had already forked out four hundred dollars.- Due to the most horrid customer service I have EVER experienced, my husband, sister and my son decided it was now awkward and uncomfortable to stay, and were not interested in paying more.- I went and placed the key to the room at the reception, which no one was present, so I placed it over the counter onto the desk. Whilst loading everything into the car, after having driven two and a half hours to get to Dalby, the woman came out and approached my family and I and started to gaslight me, making out that I was the issue and that she did not tell us we had to leave, and we would be wasting a lot of money if we left. This lady then again began to tell me how I should book into motels, including calling her first, the booking on the internet. I informed the lady I had never had this issue before. The lady then continued on in a condescending manner.- Due to this we had to call around to get into another hotel, all with my poor on who had been trapped in the car, brought into a room, then taken away.Would rather sleep in my car then be spoken to in the way this person did.

The location, and that was about it.

Fantastic motel, simple but perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean with everything you need.
A very clean and comfortable room, with above-average seating. Our host was very friendly and obliging and we really appreciated the excellent continental breakfast in the comfort of the dining room.
Clean and friendly staff
Main road
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had all things we required and felt secure.
Close to the highway and so traffic noise began early in the morning.
Great central location, the room was huge with a separate lounge/dining area. Loved the Spa bath in the room too.
Longer stay would have been better!
Friendly staff, lovely room with spa.
Every thing was amazing. Room was beautiful. Very clean with great amenities. Staff were super nice and helpful . Will definitely be back for a longer stay
No complaints at all
Excellent customer service, very accommodating, I was a late arrival and they prepared my room for me, heater and lights on, and made sure I had crockery and cutlery to be able to eat a quick meal :) Very friendly and caring
Very central location and quiet although on a busy road. Rooms are very clean and facilities are excellent.
Great location walking distance to everything. A little dated, however it was comfortable.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.
host very welcoming clean
a bit dated
The bed was absolutely fantastic probably the best bed we have ever slept it, we both had a perfect night sleep. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated we loved the little rainwater tap. Even though it is right near a main road it was very quiet, or we were so fast asleep in the amazing bed we didn't notice any noise or traffic.
On the app it said check in is until 8.30pm but we had a call and were told they close at 7.30 so that left us rushed the get there but luckily we made it just before 7.30pm
Have stayed here a few times in the last few years, I must say that the bedding is the most comfy out of all stays I have had anywhere. You appreciate the bed after a long hard day.Facilities are great, suitable for that working night away from home. 5 min walking distance to most eateries and essentials. Just a great place.
We were in Dalby for a horse event at the Dalby Showgrounds. It was lovely to be able to stay in an air-conditioned room and cool down in the pool at the end of the day. I had booked the suite for the extra space as my husband had to do some work from the room while I was riding. The suite was comfortable and had everything we needed- it was hard to leave!! Didn't have the motivation to use the Jacuzzi because it was summer and the pool was right there!Because I had the car, hubby had to walk to the Showgrounds on occasion. He informed me that it is not a far walk and if you go through the park it is quite pleasant. The park has a beautiful water feature to walk along.Lots of fast food around for a snack, and the Indian restaurant in town is amazing, try the Malay Kofta if you eat there!
Everything was amazing, the only minus was the very slow internet in the executive suite- maybe because it is higher up from the other rooms? We ended up porting from our mobile phones to make working possible.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was really clean, and most of all there was good decor and art!! I loved the art!
Electronic key was a bit dodgy I had to get it swapped - the staff were on call tho if o had gotten into trouble and couldn’t get in to my room
The pool and great air-conditioning, extremely comfortable bed.
Traffic noise kept waking us up.
