Lovely hosts, nice decor and very nice homee cooked meals.

Little extras like the shaving cream dispenser Glasses and cold water in fridge. Well equipped and clean kitchen. Bed super comfy. spotless. Information booklet most helpful. Easy access from highway and to town amenities.

If possible additional plug in for charging phones

toilet in room was a rocking horse, and Ratsak in sight, not particularly romantic

Close to main street and other amenities. Despite being close to the highway, noise from traffic wasn't really noticeable. Room was comfy with table/chairs for meals/breakfast and a couch for two. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Whilst decor was a bit dated, it was expected for a country motel.

Fridge was a little small for country travellers, but OK for our purpose. Hot water system need some work as took a while for the hot water to come through for a shower.

The location close to services was good. Building was dated but clean. The bonus of having both dinner and breakfast available was a very welcome. Both meals were up to standard and affordable.

Quiet location, room was clean. Friendly staff. I’d definitely stay again! The breakfast was amazing and very cheap I’d stay again just for the breakfast haha

I arrived late and left early but on both occasions, managers were there to check me in and out. I find that human touch worth so much.It's not the most modern motel but the bed was very comfy, the room was away from traffic noise, and it wasn't too small and squashy.

The room was very small! Asked for 3 beds and got 2 with a fold out lounge that was very noisy and very uncomfortable! Very musky smell and a lot of mould in bathroom! Overall very poor

Very clean , roomy and very good shower

Aircon did not cool the bedroom even at night, fridge freezer was turned to its warmest setting and ice I placed in there melted, smokers outside neighbouring rooms permeated our room

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, all the little extras that you expect in a higher end chain Motel…coffee pods and fresh towels and biscuits etc, toiletries provided (body wash/shave cream/body lotion). Homemade meals delivered to the room were delicious! Breakfast was perfect too, delivered on time and exactly what we ordered and priced so very reasonably. Highly recommend.

We were there for meetings all weekend, and we found that you are within walking distance of the city centre, restaurants etc. Unfortunately, we did not partake of any meals at the Motel this time. We would stay here again when in Dalby, thank you.

Just a personal comment, the bed was hard, I did not sleep well on either night, however, my husband had no problems.This would be my only negative comment though and as mentioned this is a personal comment and really no reflection on the Motel.

some hair and fluff over the fitted sheets... sheets looked clean otherwise, but it feels gross to see other people's hair where we are staying/sleeping.

Location was handy to what we needed. Staff were friendly and the information folder was very handy and well appointed. Undercover parking out front of unit was good.

The water temprature was excessively hot, if not careful could very easily scald or burn someone.The crack in the shower screen, the cracks in the shower tiles, the corrosion in the metal doorway frame and the toilet that took 2 or 3 flushes to remove waste and toilet paper. The smoking outside the rooms was not good for neighbours that don't smoke.

I locked myself out twice, by accident as I am not used to self locking doors. Both times, the kind receptionist/owner was understanding and peaceful about unlocking the door for me. Well done to you and thsnk you.

There was a loud water hammer that frightened me twice in the morning.

We have been staying here every time we come through from. Roma. Penny and Phillip are always obliging, and cook the best breakfast. The rooms have been updated with more furnishing . It is always a pleasure to stay here. The motel is close to the big supermarkets and main shopping centre just one street over

Can't say there is anything I do t like. Occasionally the WFI drops out, and they are on to it straight away

Check in lady was lovely, bed was super comfy. No noise, room was warm for how cold it was outside!
