Too large and impersonal - no staff to assist - more a retirement home than a hotel!!

Was surprised that there was not daily cleaning of the room

Was sent a message through the booking.com app about receiving a voucher to a local restaurant. We usually go to our favourite place but decided that we would try something different so cancelled our booking and replied to the message as requested. As we were away already it wasn’t for another 24 hours that I realised we hadn’t had any reply about the voucher, I tried to rebook our favourite restaurant but by this time they were booked out. We never had any further communication about the voucher, I was bitterly disappointed as a night out was our only reason for staying.

Great place will return.Bed is a little hard but that's personal preference .Lovely and quiet pretty grounds.I love having a kitchen.

Only complaint would be they say it's a smart tele but it's not .As the weather was bad we stayed in more than usual nothing to watch on free to air after four nights for an eight year old!

Room for a couple was large but so noisy as the blue building at the end of the complex where the rooms are if you don’t take a whole villa are VERY noisy They are located on the main large busy road like a highway Otherwise confortable bed and great spacious room Good location as 5 mn walk to Main Street of Bowral

Getting to it with the stairs especially in wet weather.

We have stayed on other occasions. Always clean, though the smoke alarm was missing this stay

General amenities of the unit were exceptional.The little tree frog in the shower ?

I had 4 courtesy calls prior to arrival. There seemed to be no communication between the 4 different people who called, so this was intrusive and irritating. There was no issue with the booking For the cost a little more attention to detail re the hospitality items would have been nice eg more choice of tea, some ground coffee to go with the plunger.

Great room with plenty of space. Could we suggest a bigger coffee plunger and a ramp to make it easier for old people or wheel-chair users to get to the room rather than to manage the stairs.Also, Bowral no longer has a taxi service or a UBER service so we suggest you provide guests with the phone number of a private car service to use while staying at your property. It is a shame the local transport is so poor. We heard this from many Bowral locals.We could not work the smart TV but this was probably because we couldn't find the instruction book.

Large + comfortable rooms with kitchen and living area, and large bathroom. Perfect for a weekend or a longer stay. Quiet and relaxing!

I have stayed quite a few times at The Sebel Bowral and always found the bed's to be extremely comfortable include the sofa bed. The room's are spacious and include cooking facilities which is very convenient. The location is really easy to drive straight too.

No it is fine as it is. If I didn't like it I would not have returned so many times.

Spacious Unit. Close to the centre of town.

Watermarks on the lounge chairs. Clothes Dryer was broken. The air conditioners were locked on heating mode in the middle of summer.

The bed is very comfortable, it has kitchenette

Its dirty, they didnt clean the carpet, stains everywhere. Under the sofa is very dirty. The kitchen floor is stiky

Great location for where we needed to be. Nice and close to the town centre. Parking was easy and the room was larger than we were expecting.

It was a bit dusty behind the bed side tables but other than that it was clean.
