The Bowral Hotel

The property inside was fully renovated and a great size. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

It’s at the back of a pub. Was very quiet but a strange entrance.

We loved this place, was freshly renovated, next to the hotel without any noise. Parking was so close to room door, easy walking into town and the hotel next door. Would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't find anything we didn't like.

My shower was only luke warm.

Clean, comfortable. Shower good but nowhere to put shampoo and conditioner.No where to hang wet towels except one rail which is ok if only staying one night but staying two nights you need to hang towels so you can reuse as you don't get room service everyday.

The coffee machine ☹️ the water doesn't get hot enough and the cups don't fit under the coffee outlet you have to put a glass under the outlet then pour it in to the cup and the cups don't match.The air conditioner thermostat on the wall is broken.You pay $220.00 a night you want things to be nice.I love Bowral and have stayed here now 3 times and will always be back it's just the little details I suggest that you stay in your own rooms and see the little things.Thank you and the pub is fantastic.See you next time.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom modern and the fact it was separate to the hotel meant I felt secure and relaxed.

The blinds did not completely block out the light from the carpark.

No teaspoons, one chair, bedside lamp globe missing. No crockery for take away.

The location was beautfiul and the rooms clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Modern spacious room. Very comfortable bedClean and unbeatable location. Was worried about it being above a pub for noise, but didnt hear a thing. Not an overly busy pub.

I didnt mind, but some people might find the stairs a bit steep. I would probably recommend staying in the garden rooms if that was an issue for you. It wasn't for us, we found them fine.

Tv was hard to manage as some of the buttons wouldn't work properly and the internet speed for the smart tv wasnt great

Check in staff werent so friendly. Heard one complain to another staff member.

The staff did not honor the room choice booked through booking.com and and blamed booking.com.The room booked was available on their website at a higher price.The staff lied and said rooms are left dirty from previous guests.It is obvious that the place is extremely empty tonight.After showing screen shots of the room choice they were still determined to place me in a much smaller room with smaller bed.They said booking.com stuffed up.Very disappointed..

Great modern facilities, everything was clean and well maintained. It was also a fantastic location, would highly recommend to anyone travelling to the Bowral area.
