location is good

no drinking water in room, its just 85cent/1.25liter in super market and advised to take drinking water from hand basin in bathroom and we paid $250+ for a night. Heater was not heating proprly

Very run down we had lots of spiders and cockroaches was disappointing as it looked good in the photos advertised on booking but was not real pleasant

Large room, beautiful shower, amazing gardens and easy access.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The rural setting was quiet and attractive.

It would have been nice for the wash basin to be updated/replaced. The glass over the top of the beside tables wasn't clean. We weren't given more milk for the tea etc on our second day there. The toilet paper was folded under as if a service had been done...? Over all though it was a pleasant and nice stay.

We really like the location,a short distance out of town with very nice surroundings. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished. Nice BBQ area but we opted to eat in town at Thai Recipes where food was very good. Recommend.

The grounds appeared nice

The bed very uncomfortable and room smelled musky mould in shower. No shower gel it was empty at 6 in the morning and unwholesome noise we worked out was the water pipes from the neighbour in the shower. The attendant on the desk was rude when I asked questions at check in

Good location with a great country feel. Bonus waking up to sound of rooster at sunrise.

Grounds and buildings lovely. Great restaurant attached. Rooms basic but outdoors made it very pleasurable.

Receptionist maybe had a long day.

Kind and efficient service on arrival, very comfortable room with all the necessities. Very nice outlook over green pastures, room was far enough back that there was absolutely no road noise

Room furniture dated and in need of repair. Streaming to TV not simple setup.

Large room, easy parking. The Italian restaurant nearby was excellent.

No on site breakfast. Since we haven’t stayed in a country hotel like this for years I missed the check in time. It is 6pm! We stay with reception opened longer. They rang but I was in a very noisy environment and I have hearing problems when they rang hence didn’t hear the call. Still we were accommodated well. We have relatives in the area.

Clean and location great, and also access to key before checking in helped greatly.

Bed not big enough and uncomfortable, only 1 bed side lamp, light/fan in bathroom really, really noisey. Only soft pillows.

It’s a delightful setting & my room was quiet.

The air conditioner was ineffective.

Very quiet and lovely grounds great to have a restaurant there but do book it beforehand of it’s booked, fortunately you can have a takeaway which was nice to eat on the veranda

Nice quiet spot, big grassy area, restaurant on site, rooms were tidied up every day we were there , that was amazing :)

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful, grounds were beautiful.

All was fabulous.

The shower was Crystal clean and bathroom was good and big. The grounds were big too a pond with ducks.

BBQ area and tables and chairs need an update. And we weren’t told we had to book in to eat at the restaurant. Lots of fallen branches needed to be cleaned up.

We loved the situation, just out of town surrounded by rural scenes. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation had old world charm, and comfortable bed, good shower, warm atmosphere and safe surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay.
