- The Breakfast

- The location was great. Some of the staff were not so friendly.
Cons -
- That I'm tall and the is only made for people 5ft 9inch or smaller and I'm taller. So I didn't fit
- Dirty, had a sticker from someone’s clothes on the ladder for the bunk bed, only one outlet in the room far from the bed and hard to charge things, not very spacious, husband saw flees jumping across his phone at night when he had his phone light on. Pretty run down.
- I have a disability as I have a bad back. I was given a room on the top floor (3Rd floor). I requested a room on the bottom floor but the employee did not show any sympathy at all and we were forced to climb the stairs (No lift) with our suitcases etc ! We had tea bags left in our kettle by previous occupant. The staff had to replace the kettle. The sink was blocked. It was cleared by a staff member but blocked again within an hour. We approached the same staff member later on about it who said that he will be attending to it straight away but two days later nothing was done !!Not good ! We left a day early and stayed somewhere else.

Very helpful receptionist. Good price. Comfortable
So many smokers hanging around the hotel entrance.
comfortable bed and linen/ towels looked clean. Cheap.
Smell of marijuna on my room, broken air con, noisy, there was a rotten egg inside the kettle
Honestly, I was surprised that the bed was actually comfortable and not super hard like most hotels....it did feel a bit slanted/ sunken on one side though
Pillows were a bit thin, but that's better then them being hard.Blinds had a tear and didn't block out the light very well at nightI ended up turning the fridge off during the night because it kept clicking
Lovely front staff.
Old pillows, no blanket on bunk bed for my daughter and in morning the housekeeping staff filled the stairway (only way in and out) with dirty sheets, towels and rubbish from the rooms they were attending too. If you were going anywhere you had to step over the dirty sheets and rubbish.
The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked. Breakfast was good with cereal, toast and coffee and juice. The place was walking distance to the train station. There was plenty of parking and there was several fast food places close by
The location of where it's located at and the closeness to public transport as well as the fact I didn't have to go and buy expensive dinners from a restaurant whilst I was away as a microwave was available
The reception closing it's doors on Friday night early which was strange as it normally is open until a later time on weekends compared to during the week which I totally understand
Close to the Highway, plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from close by, the bed was super comfortable.
Was in a good location. Only good thing I could say about the olace
Bad advertisement, definitely not a 3 star motel, more like 1 star. The outside of the building is disgusting and run down. The inside has linen trolleys everywhere in the hallways, microwaves where in the hallways all lined up not on in the room. The room had a bed with no bedside tables and a bathroom that was one big room no glass to partition the shower from everything else. The view was looking at a dirty fence. We didn’t not stay in the motel and had no reply from the motel when a complaint was issued through booking.com. Will never recommend this place to anyone in the future.
There was a mini fridge in the room and microwaves in reception. There are tea and coffee facilities.
The toilet and shower were in a cupboard together- it’s not really a bathroom. The soap holder in the shower had hair in it from previous occupancy.
Staff were lovely. I
I checked out the next day. Did not feel comfortable with some of the clientel.
Unit Clean
Mattress very softShower in small fibre glass cabinetUnit very basic
Cheap. Good location Comfy bed
Only 1 pillow. Tired looking property. Bathroom very small
The location was perfect for what we needed
Sheets on both beds were filthy. They both had stains
whilst clean and reasonably comfortable it lacked a lot of other amenities
very sparse accommodation with only 1 wall plug to use for devices. No plug even in bathroom. No lift
I like the rooms there good value . Very comfortable bed always clean .lady at front desk is always very helpful and inviting.
I stayed on top floor for the first time and I couldn't connect to the wifi . Every other time has been fine .. the only thing is I wish the TV was in different place . Watching TV with the bunk stairs in eye view .
Room was okay for the night. Close to several food outlets.
A little small but okay for the price. Don't park under the trees, birds crap all over your car.
Ally at reception was very friendly and the location was good but having worked for Accor, I'm surprised of the state of this hotel. It's very tired.
The air conditioner / heater was incredibly loud and the heating turned itself to 10 degrees. The blind had been broken and had a gap in it. And the bathroom was pokey and like an airplane bathroom. With a crazy step up. The room was definitely budget. It did what it needed to,as somewhere to sleep but there wasn't any extra blankets which would have been good, with the heating becoming very cold. It's winter.
