The rooms are larger than normal. Comfortable bed

I love this place,staff super friendly always willing to help. Best location short walk to town pub next door. Very happy with our time here. I will be happy to return.

Room was great for the price for a night. Bed was super comfy, room was huge and spacious. Air con and fan were already on upon arrival making the room very comfortable. Shower had amazing water pressure. Could not fault the room.

The smoking from other guests just outside of rooms. Unfortunately this was not pleasant as this is all you could smell in room after someone had a cigarette .

The family room had everything we needed. Very good value for money. The pool was a bonus for the kids to cool down.

The chairs (recliners) around the pool were very rusty and small pieces were coming off. Not too pleasant to lay your arms on it.

We arrived after the check-in time of 2 pm and still had to wait a further 30 minutes ( we arrived at 3 pm) to get into the toilet and our accommodationDefinitely not soundproof rooms as we were next to very loud indian occupants that were noisy all night.The bed nightlights were broken and not working at all.

Size of The room & bathroom

Couldn’t sleep due to the noisy conversations outside our room. Looks like they are the family/ friends of one of the receptionist.

Reasonable priced accommodation, had what was needed. A pillow for the head, a bed to rest, and a shower to wash.

Had issues with checking in, interesting individuals hanging around the premises. Possible full time residents. Doesnt give a great look when pulling up.

Very friendly, easy check in &out. Lots of parking. Very honest. I left my IPad pen with out knowing, I received a call to arrange postage lucky I was still in the area.

It was clean, close to shops and the Vineyards, staff freindly. Pool was great

The bed mattress was lumpy and lopsided, not a comfortable sleep.

Wasn’t clean and bed uncomfortable. Needs an update on appearance and furnishings.

Good location with short stroll to main street of Cessnock. Great pub next door for meals.

The room was not clean at all. Definitely needed a deep clean.
