Cons -
- The rooms could have been cleaned before we arrived. Some of the utensils and kitchen items had to be cleaned again as it still had oil marks etc. on them.
- Breakfast options were quite simple
- The lagoon pool needed a lot of attention and seating. It could also be a adult only pool

Breakfast was great, the restaurant and bar including the staff were lovely.
We stayed at this resort with five other families. All of us booked together, paid the same price, and were meant to receive the same Premier Villas. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely inconsistent and, in our case, unacceptable.Check-in was meant to be at 2:00 pm, but we did not receive our villa until 5:00 pm, with repeated explanations that the room was “not ready.”When we finally entered the villa, it was clear it had not been cleaned at all. We found rubbish and rotten strawberries under the kitchen sink, hair in the bathroom drain, dental floss on the bedside table, pills on the floor, a used condom in an open wrapper and another unopened one under the pull-out couch cushions, and blood on the pull-out bed sheets. These were not minor oversights — the room was clearly not serviced before we arrived. When I reported this to staff, I also showed photo evidence to the manager, who was visibly shocked by the condition of the room. While the staff were apologetic, the response was very slow. I refused to let my children sleep on the filthy pull-out bed or couch, so they had to sleep on the floor on our first night. The manager initially offered a 20% reimbursement of our total stay, which should have amounted to approximately $340. However, this was never honoured. Instead, when my husband went to check out, we were only offered $100 — the amount remaining from a restaurant voucher that we hadn’t even used. This showed a complete lack of consistent communication among staff.I spent most of the second day going back and forth with staff trying to move to a different room. When we were finally offered another villa, it did not have laundry facilities. I specifically booked a room with a washer and dryer as we were staying for several nights with children. The response I received was essentially that not all rooms have washing machines and nothing could be done. Because of this, I refused to move.
We stayed in the Wellness Villa and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special, with kangaroos greeting you during your stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility and comfort.
The price becomes quite expensive if you extend your stay, and the food is a bit pricey. Breakfast had limited choices, and the dinner menu stayed the same throughout our 4-day stay, which became repetitive.
breakfast fantastic , beautiful tranquil holiday ,loved the place will stay again
many steps for older people but could call for an internal shuttle
The view and the facilities/ infrastructure. Golf staff were friendly
Lack of attention to upkeep and cleaning. Almost all parts of the facility required some level of repair or cleaning. Normal things as well as the once in a decade.
The villa and views where wonderful. The size of the room was great . Such a beautiful area. We liked the pools also and serenity point.
The lack of closer amenities such as food and coffee. The phone didn't work and we asked for assistance from our room with our luggage and nobody came to help A nice staff assisted us once we where already near our car.
Absolutely stunning location! A perfect place to relax amoungst the blue gums, waking up to the bird song in the mornings. Villas spread out so very private and serene
Superb range of breakfast. Location. Facilities. I continue to book the same venue over the years, because I know what to expect every time.
Surprising creepy crawler visitor in the cutlery draw. I'm hoping the live cockroach was an isolated incident; so good reminder to run your cutlery & glasses through the dishwasher prior to usage.
Villa was a great size for a family holiday. Great restaurants and bar on site.
Having 7 staying in a 3 bedroom villa and needing to use the pullout couch, this was not very comfortable. Needed a topper on the very thin mattress!
I stayed here with my family of 5 for 4 nights and we wish we stayed longer - it was an absolute retreat! The beds were super comfortable, the villa itself was luxurious with it's big lounges and fireplace, we even had a deck with a leafy and peaceful outlook. We enjoyed using the tennis court and the pool and being able to walk to some of the nearby vineyards. The resort was in such close proximity to many wineries and local attractions. The closest supermarket was 15-20minutes away so we just had to plan one grocery shop for our stay rather than popping in whenever. It's probably worth noting that although we could park close to our villa, there are lots of steps and steep hills around; it was not a problem for us but I could imagine it being a deterrent for some to stay in the family villas. We absolutely look forward to staying here again in the future!
The only thing I didn't like was that some of the young staff seemed to hoon around on the golf carts and when we were packing up they didn't slow down if they saw people nor to see if people were coming in/out of their doorways and my son almost got hit.
If you want a walking wine tour area, this is the perfect spot for a few days. The peace and calm were welcomed and though we didnt have time for it, the golf course looked great also.
Great location, restaurant and bar, space for kids to play
Some villas don’t have washing machine
Room amazing. Great views
Breakfast service was chaotic. Not well controlled and seemed light on staff numbers.
Location
I've been overcharged. Instead of $812.88 I was charged $825.07. Do not understand why.
The views are incredible. Every staff member was happy, kind and awesome. We will be back. Walked everywhere. Facilities were brilliant
It was as cold, heater and air conditioning not working, wi-fi and foxtel not working
Warm, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is great.
No amenities at room. Some A/C are quite old or need to maintained.
Beautiful place. The villas are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. Having the free shuttle to the front house and back was great. The staff was fantastic.
