Despite the room was old other common places was quite clean.

The room was old and there were minimum furnitures. It was old and cold.

Good location and parking.Towels and sheets appeared to be clean.

The room looked very tired, and looked to have mould coming through the ceiling, Large patches of the walls were unpainted.Ceiling light and fan was broken, no globe in the only lamp in bedroom.

No windows in room but its ok for the price paid.

Rooms are very outdated and not like pictured on bookings.com Expect peeling paint and old furniture You get what you pay for, it is a cheap and cheerful place - fine for one night stay when it's just somewhere to rest your head The nightclub is loud but we still managed to get to sleep eventually - it would be nice if they gave earplugs!

No key to outside door for after hours access to room. Mrs would liked to have opened window for fresh air.

Room was very basic … would liked to open window, for fresh air; no wash basin (and water) in my room; table lamp had no globe.

Location, price, #5 is a great room... Aircon was great during a very hot couple of days.

Shutters in #5 just need to be fixed to block out the external lights.Unfortunately other guests were pigs in shared facilities.

That there was no warning about the nightclub which goes until 1:30am and we were given a room directly above it.

Site clean and nearby where we needed to travel too.

Pub stay - music way to loud for an accommodation site. Poor consideration of visitors.

This is a cheap place to stay in Cessnock, good location, close to the shops. Beds are comfortable, staff are great.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned properly. Way too much light comes in through the blinds. There are no facilities, except a small microwave and a small fridge - not even a cup or a teaspoon. Bands in the pub Friday/Saturday nights until 12/1am so no sleeping before then! I don't think i'd stay here again. We booked for a concert as most accom was booked out.

Was in room 5 and the power point is too low that I cant pluck in my charger

Bar and restaurant

Rooms gloomy and very old and shabby. We asked for globes for our bedside lights and couldn't get them.

Clean and comfortable beds basic facilities but clean and tidy.

Could have a place to make a cup of tea or a glass in the room for taking tablets.

Great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant.

A bit noisy at night

The room was spacious.

The club was just downstairs to our room, and had loud music on till 1 am. Completely disastrous experience.

Convenience of location . Excellent food at the venue . And pretty quiet rooms . I suggest maybe upgrading with couple of tvs in rooms but . Beautiful and clean but . X

Everything was clean and a fresh smell right throughout the atop floor. Not far to go to have a really beautiful meal and a cold glass of icy juice too. Great people ...really friendly. I'll Definately go back soon .

Rooms were large with only a bed; one chair, and a bedside table with a broken handle. Room needs minor cosmetic renovations as the light switch is upside down ; paint on the celling flaking off, and the blind need a cord to open it.They had a nightclub downstairs from bedrooms and you could hear the music which finished 1.30 am. But the biggest issue was the patrons that left the nightclub just stood outside yelling and carrying on for at least half an hour, if not longer, without any of the staff pushing them along to leave or keep their voices down
