- Location was close to the conference I was attending & town of Cessnock for shopping needs. Not much else. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or tennis court. Have eaten there on a previous Hunter trip & the restaurant is OK, if rather overpriced.

- Upgraded to a queen suite with kitchenette.Only one chair in the room.No table to eat from.Room serviced daily,bins emptied, towels replaced but bed not made. When questioned staff replied that is the policy. Service facilities and staff below standard.
- The suite kitchen was understocked. No point having an oven if you don't have an oven tray. Tiny amounts of washing up liquid. Minor things, but did mean we couldn't use the kitchen to full extent.
- King bed was not a king, two singles with a plastic join that was extremely uncomfortable. Parking is limited by villa. Internet was down at least half the time.

Way overpriced for a really basic room, no breakfast, where you could easily hear conversations in the next unit. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working & no maintenance staff to repair it. Wi-fi only worked in main building.
