Room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Nice food in restaurant

Small room and the shower wasn't good water went everywhere on the floor

Good food in the Bistro

The fact that the charges are made (unknown to me) in US dollars, & taken from my account when I book. Not acceptable!

Don't book with Booking.com and don't book your stay at this hotel.I paid for the accommodation prior to the stay but they didn't give me details about getting the keys so we couldn't even get into the room that I booked.I have repeatedly contacted them before arriving and after arriving there about getting the keys but have not received any response.Apparently the emergency mobile number they provided is the "wrong number"I have been asking and waiting for a refund but have not received any reaponse even now, 3 days later.Even Booking.com too days to respond with "We have already reached out to the property to clarify the situation, and once we receive their response, we will proceed with processing your refund for this accommodation."I have reported them to Fair Trading. This is fraud at its finest. I'm sure Booking.com will blame the hotel and vice versa.

There was no where to have breakfast.

Was a great little neat and tidy pub accommodation. Staff were beautiful and so very accommodating! Hoping to stay again in near future.

I have stayed here several times. While the pub is a little away from the main Maitland historic area action, the rooms are in very good order, the staff are professional and pleasant and it perfectly meets my needs in catching up with friends in the area.

No gripes at all. This is better than average hotel accom.

Didn’t know they had breakfast

There a group of people outside the front, that were yelling, screaming and swearing. No didn’t come and move them on. It won’t stop us from coming back and staying

Dinner is always awesome with no complaints. The room had everything we need to cover our stay. Location is perfect to the shopping centre and the basketball stadium.

Nothing to complain about, value for money really.

Bed were clean and comfortable. It had all basic amenities.

The wifi was really bad.

Very well presented. Exceptional staff - prepared to got ‘that extra mile’ to be helpful. Neat and tidy, clean and well presented room. Clean and well appointed bathroom. The beer garden was a great space with a welcome (for me) integrated smoking area not segregated as it is in so many other places. I’ll certainly be returning… and recommending to others

I was unable to connect to the guest WiFi network using the information provided.

The position and proximity to family- having a restaurant on site is great too.

I didn’t have any problems but the door to the accommodation area banging all night when people come and go can be annoying when it wakes you at night.

It has a restaurant on site

The main door leading to the accommodation section of the hotel has a door that bangs when it is opened or closed. It was right outside our door and people came in and out during all hours. It was extremely hard to sleep. Something needs to be done about that door- please. Otherwise it is such a convenient spot to stay.
