Room was small and nothing like the photos. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Sheets smelled like dirty feet or sweat, very obvious it doesn’t get changed. It’s very loud as you can hear the pub noise even if windows are closed. Fair enough if it was priced low but it was $220 a night which isn’t justified. The bathroom is shared and nothing like the pictures. I don’t know where those pictures are from but it’s false advertising

Had an en-suite room which was clean & nicely renovated, good value room. Previously tried a shared bathroom room and wasn't great

The Manager has a very good grasp on the meaning of Hospitality, has great knowledge and also holds a comfortable conversation with his patrons whilst monitoring all areas.Great room for the $$ spent, good food and all in all a friendly professional operation and disposition. Definitely be back in 3 weeks!

Great for an over night stay. Nice room and easy check in. Great food down stairs and nice outdoor areas

Female toilet was unsanitary and would not flush and the shower was full of black mould. Cups in the room were atrociously dirty and the male toilets have a massing hole in the wall which you can see through into the other stall also the doors in both male and female don't lock and found illicit substances on the floor the noise carried on until 1 am we booked and paid for two nights but left after one night without a refund

Room 13 above very noisy Air Conditioner that went all night,terrible!!

Nice location by the water, efficient check in. Facilities were mostly clean. TV and aircon was nice. Towels and tea and biscuits also provided. Had our own keys, so we were free to go off our own schedule.

Could have been cleaner, but was nothing crazy. Just a few crumbs left around and rubbish under the bed, everything else was quite clean though.

No seats in room

My room with shared facilities didn't include a chair to sit on in the room. Room had ample space for at least one seat between the double and single bed. I boroughed a chair from another rooms balcony to get work done.

The room was recently renovated and had a lovely bathroom.

The noise from the downstairs pub was still pretty audible.

A lot of money to pay for room with shared bathroom but I guess it was long weekend and accommodation was very tight

Poor …smelt, opened to a shared deck which needed a thorough overhaul.The room whitest it looked clean smelt of cooking and smoke.We didn’t stay, choosing to go back to our home….

No bicycle parking facilities for over night travelers- very expensive bicycles!!

The bed was insanely comfortable - and I’m very fussy about beds!!! The bathroom seemed newly renovated and room very clean and freshly painted.

Cleaner knocked our door half an hour before check out time to see when we were leaving. Very annoying.

Was good having the scooters around town to rent and the pub staff were very nice and approachable which was great for feeling comfortable at the location, drink service was quite fast considering the big lines and all round the place had a good vibe :)

The price could have been slightly lower considering it’s on top of a pub.
