Location, cleaning & great customer service

rooms were clean, good hot showers, great location, friendly staff, awesome pool

only negative was that there are not many family rooms! Our family of 4 had to get 2x rooms. Also quite pricey but maybe it's the season and one of the few '4 star' options in Forster.

We received a free room upgrade because our original room aircon broke so the receptionist said so that was lucky for us, the room was big with a spa bath, bed very comfortable.

Window blind above spa bath needs to be wider to cover the edges as in the morning the light coming through is too strong, woke us up early every morning, I'm guessing in winter not a problem, also some USB power points built-in would be great as there are none in the room, other than that very good.

The room was clean and the renovated bathrooms were great. The kitchenette was well equipped (although we were missing a third spoon in a triple room). We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked great.

It's a bit hard to avoid in a double story motel, but the slamming of the neighboring room doors (which was needed as the doors warped and didn't close easily due to the setting sun) occasionally disturbed us.

The rooms were absolutely perfect, clean, fresh, modern, comfortable, great shower.

Apart from moving to the heart of town, this is the best stay in Forster.

The room was quiet, spacious and clean. Manager friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Although the motel is a fair way out of Forster itself, there is a shopping mall very close.

Great spot. Pool also looked great but couldn't use it at the time as too cold.beds were comfortable and fine for what we needed.

The hot water took a while to come through the pipes both morning and night. I had to wrap a towel up to place at the bottom of the door to stop the draft coming through. Perhaps a weather strip on the door would help.

When I dropped the keys off when checking out, I didn’t see the box at the side of the office. I tried to open the door as there was a woman at the front desk and she gestured me to the area for the keys. Didn’t appear to be friendly nor come to the door. Not a warm reception.

Beautiful clean room with everything we needed .. The pool looked beautiful and the staff are amazing we forgot our keys when we went out and arrived back after hours they were happy to let us back in

Very friendly staff, gave us a room upgrade and personally showed us around the room. Clean and beautiful pool, kids had a great time. There was also Foxtel in the room to watch movies. Great value for money.

Renae & Lindsey are just wonderful! They go above and beyond for anything you need and were just such beautiful people plus the breakfast was amazing. The pool area was very nice but did not get to swim due to the weather, the rooms were nice and spacious and fairly modern whilst also equipped with everything required.

We did find a couple of small ants on the floor of the kitchen and the lock on the door wasn’t very good when you have a 2 year old as when you pull the handle down it unlocks.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean and comfortable room with a spa. Pool looked nice but didnt swim. The room was nice to spend most of a weekend in because the weather wasn't ideal for anything else.

It was quiet expensive for 1 night & was planning on staying for longer however the prices turned us away
