    Cons -

    • Wifi Odour in cabin
    • I booked for 1 single bed , 1 double bed, and 2 bunk beds cabin - but I was given 1 double bed and one bunk cabin without any refund. The storve was not working well. Hard to do any cooking. No more amenities except hand wash.
    • The fridge in our cabin needs to be replaced/serviced as it doesn't get cold.Other then that we loved everything about the place.

Kids loved the park, arcade and especially the pool. The cabin was facing the camp grounds with beautiful trees which we loved. The lady at reception was lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Nothing at all to complain about

    Location

Some aspects were a bit outdated, eg the boom gates - had to get out of the car to enter code and the paint showing where the pads were was old and exceptionally unclear

    Gardens

The pube in our bed and the heater didn’t work, sheets were dirty, shower was terrible and dirty water, the front door of cabin was not on tracks properly. No extra blankets or pillows. Towels were damp.

Very clean, friendly staff great amenities and stuff for the kids to do

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property if I had anything to say it would be pricing but in saying that it would cost a fortune to keep park running as well as staff who go out of way to entertain kids great job

Just loved the whole atmosphere of the park it was Easter they had activities for the kids and it was great Amanda and her mum went above and beyond for me who left a bag of brand new items in the room and they were just wonderful and sent them to me There friendliness was so beautiful and I will definitely be coming back next year thanks again

Love all the facilities and very friendly and helpful staff the kids and myself had a good time.

To many mosquitoes as soon as you walk out of your door your getting attacked by them hard to have a good time when your getting bitten all the time.

Close to everything, staff accomodating & friendly, accomodation though dated was fine for sleeping in.

The parking spot was a little tight& tricky in a 4WD

We loved the grounds, everything was very well maintained, clean, tidy and exceeded expectations. Pools were all sparkling clean and so much fun! Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed as a family with a baby and toddler. Activities were well advertised, on time and perfect for a wide range of kids ages. Checked in late at 10.30pm and it was a breeze, clear instructions were emailed and key safe was simple to use.

Not much we didn’t enjoy, I’d only say to bring insect repellent but that’s nature and not a fault of the property. Perhaps a spare set of sheets for each bed would have been handy but a simple request to reception was easily provided.

Gorgeous pool and view from the poolside cabins. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We originally booked a non poolside cabin and we arrived and it was average. It was run down and didn’t feel like a holiday location at all and it felt grubby. We then paid for an upgrade to a poolside cabin. The main bed in the poolside cabin was only a double.

    8AmandaPosted on: 4-9-2024

Pools, kids play areas, BBQ areas, games room, river, putt putt golf, tractor rides was all a hit with the kids, holiday park set up was lots of fun, Salty saying hello to us every day was a hit with the kids over all lots of fun we will definitely be back again for another holiday ?

Having to leave to go home. We didn't stay long enough. Next time will be staying longer.

    Overpriced, Poorly maintained

For off season we paid $188 per night for standard cabin for two people that’s poorly maintained. The handle on shower tap kept falling off when in shower. No hot water out of tap in bathroom basin to wash hands after using toilet. No bathmat for slippery tiled floor, had to use hand towel on floor. The air-conditioner took at least 5 hours to cool small cabin down. BBQ area is a disgrace with furniture that’s rickety, they’ve also covered the uneven ground at bbq area with fake grass and I saw to elderly people trip. Take $1 coins to bbq area as it’s not free. Overall, it’s very run down.

    Location good

Cabins are very tired. 2 cars to our cabin and unable to find parking in the visitors area. Brought 2nd vehicle in to take in bags and approached by staff member telling us to get the 2nd car out. He could have been more polite about it.

Pool facilities are ideal for children and family however the need for aeroguard around the pools is essential. Mosquitoes are an issue and make the experience around sitting around the pool uncomfortable.

Cabins were selected as pool view based on the information supplied by Booking.com however we were advised that this was a fault of Booking.com and did not receive cabins anywhere near the pools for “pool view”. Upon arrival we found another users dirty tshirt left in the cabin, when staff were approached around this we were assured that the cabins are inspected twice over before arrival. This is doubted as later that night when making the bunk beds for our children we found rodent faeces on the top of the sheets. This was documented and forwarded to staff via email with them only responding after we checked out on Sunday showing minimal accountability. As noted the mosquitoes were a concern and made the weekend uncomfortable. Additionally, we would like to have been informed that the barbecues, washing machines and dryers on site are additional charges and $1 coins are required. Foxtel is also highlighted as an inclusion on the front signage however not all cabins are offered this. Staff have been well informed of our concerns.
