The studio unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. I liked that some of our money spent went to the conservation of koalas.

The access to the koalas. Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you would need to be self sufficient if you didn’t want to eat out.

Wifi did not work at all

We really loved the nature setting of the property. Stepping outside to such a beautiful space every morning was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and of course visiting the koalas was a special experience.

We loved the location and the accommodation. The breakfast hamper was really lovely and exceeded our expectations. The staff were so helpful and informative during the whole of our stay.

Clean and well maintained (clean shower and toilet, clean pool and surrounding areas). comfortable room and beds, with aircond, fan. Thoughtful and generous breakfast basket, including free bottle of sparkling, juices, milk and yoghurt.

-Glamping tents allocated is a bit of a walk from parking, especially when it is raining with kids in tow. -Mosquitoes...But other than these two points, the accommodation far exceeded my expectations re: glamping. Very comfortable inside the tent.

We loved being able to see the koalas with fewer people around. The koala morning tour was extremely informative and we learnt a lot. The park is very nicely laid out with lovely planting. It is all beautifully kept with no litter and we found it very relaxing. Our accommodation was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast pack was very welcome . Our room was spacious and functional. The shower’s controls were slightly difficult to manage. The staff were all very hospitable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend staying at the Koala Sanctuary when visiting the area.

    Shower controls.

It was such a fun experience for our 4 year old. The continental breakfast items were a really nice touch. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely and the resort itself is surrounded by trees and nature which makes for a very relaxing stay.

Property was clean and had everything you would need to stay.It had a microwave, jug, cooking utensils and cleaning products, it also had a lounge, table and chairs, a clothes drying rack.We had a large amount of food for breakfast provided like, muesli, milk, yoghurt, orange juice, butter, bread, honey and Vegemite , apples, coffee, tea etc. There was also body wash etc, moisturiser.

We stayed overnight in a glamping tent. The staff at reception and the kiosk were so friendly and the welcome hamper was amazing! It was quiet, the rooms are clean and relaxing but the location is close enough to everything if you want to explore by car. And if that was not enough, they rescue Koala's.... they are amazing humans. Highly recommend!!

    10ThomasPosted on: 3-23-2025

It’s amazingly located, very quiet and the staff is outstanding. The bungalows are perfectly equipped, modern with easy and comfortable access. Our highest appreciation for their commitment and passion to take care about these wonderful animals.

Lots! Staff were lovely, glamping tent was personalised, fun, clean and well appointed. Pool was great. Entry to see the koalas, including private tour, was excellent and informative. Highly recommend!

Gravel path from parking made luggage transfer a bit awkward.

Quiet location stayed in 403. Updated unit. Soft bed. Fluffy towels. Air con was great. It's a bit of a step to get into the bath to have a shower but handrails provided.

Room service said they did our room when they didn't but reception staff was amazing and gave us fresh towels and our breakfast for the next day.

What a lovely place - from the outside, the property wasn't "wow" to look at but inside was lovely, very modern and clean. Staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast basket was included. There were little touches that made a difference (personalised compliment slip welcoming us etc)

As a traveller with no phone data - Wifi is important to us & having no Wifi was disappointing - especially as this was not a cheap stay. If we were local it wouldn't have been too much of an issue as we could have used our phone data but we needed to check in for a flight so Wifi would have been very handy!

    10LaurenPosted on: 3-10-2025

Well organised, clear insteuctions, clean space and great facilities included in the accommodation.

Nothing that I can think of - there were no aspects we did not like.
